Premier stores in Lynworth, Cheltenham, what a miserable person serving behind the till, not one word of Acknowledgment, he snatched my parcel, didn’t even say hello, you think he’d be grateful I was using his shop to drop off my parcel…never again, he needs re-training!
Regarding the Collect+ service at ESSO Londis MFG Highams Lodge. Had an ebay parcel delivered there, ebay email said I had 7 days to collect (by the 18th July). When I went there after 6 days they couldn't find it. They *said* they returned parcels after five days because they didn't have the space to keep them longer! Shouted at me for not coming to pick up sooner! I really don't know where to start with the poor service on this one...ebay tracking is saying it was 'delivered to customer' on the 11th July - which is when I received the email from ebay to come pick it up.
Tried to return a parcel for two days only to be told they don’t take parcels in a morning. This is not on you website that McColls, Egermont Road, Bearsted, ME15 8LH doesn’t accept parcels in a morning. Not much good for us that work pm. Had to go to a different shop to return theses goods no problem they took parcel. So not happy with MCColls.
Absolutely disgusting. Disgusting service. Today I complain. Today another delivery will not go!!!!! I want my money back!!!!! Pure disgusting service, can not complain,no customer services!!!! Just joke service. So back to post office. Never again never last time. Hello ke service, pay for Clowns you get Clowns. Pay more and use Royal mail.
Collect plus , on behalf of Yodel , claimed that delivery of 3 parcels had failed despite 2 attempts each , thus parcels were en route “ return to sender “. However the delivery address was a parcel shop (McColls ) whose opening hours included the times at which the alleged deliveries had failed . Yodel could not request redelivery since “ scan was already completed for return to sender “ . On checking the shop opening times herself she undertook to raise a complaint with Collect plus ( as I was not allowed to do so ) . We can only assume that the driver was unaware that the delivery point was a shop and , assuming it was a house , simply decided to register “ failed delivery”( due to over-running his allowed / contracted hours ?) . It was the up to us not Yodel/collect plus to arrange re-delivery by the vendor who will not use yodel/collect plus for this ! Very disappointing overall !
I went to my local Esso petrol station in Peacehaven, South Coast Rd to drop off a parcel on the 2nd June, approximately 8.45pm. When I tried to hand the parcel over to the employee working there I was told that's not the label, I asked you do Collect Plus here, he replied with yes but that's not the label, it won't scan. I pointed out it's got Collect Plus on the label. I was told that's not the label, it won't scan, I won't scan it. Appallingly rude customer service/behaviour! I have absolutely no idea what the jerks problem was. It was the correct label, this isn't the first time that I've used this service and never had a problem before. Just unbelievably rude individual! Now I have to rearrange the parcel to be returned via another means now because I'm not going through that again!
I tried to send my parcel on two consecutive days at my local Collect Plus at an Esso garage in Emsworth. Each time it “didn’t work” and the assistant had no idea what to do. The second time, he phoned his “manager” but still they were unable to send the parcel. I had to travel to another town where the parcel was dealt with - no problem.
WOW, if I could give this experience no stars I would. I have never met a ruder man in all my life. I was told I shouldnt be bringing my parcel there as it was too large (45cm x 45cm) and it went against their health and safety and he was doing me a favour. I had to leave it on the shop floor and when I asked if there was a risk of it being stolen I was called an idiot. Horrible experience altogether!
I ordered from John Lewis on Sunday 23rd April and had selected for my parcel to be delivered the following day to a collect point.Collect plus by Yodel did not send out any tracking text messages or emails. When my Parcel arrived at the collect point it was turned away by the staff at the selected collect point.Collect plus by Yodel did not even attempt to reach out to me to inform me of the issue encountering. Did not offer a reschedule date or another collect point to pick up my parcel. No they have implicated and complicated the matter further by sending my parcel back to the retailer yet their website states they give one up to 10 days to collect their parcel. If the individual has not collected the parcel then they will send back after 10 days. This is Day 3 and they are sending my parcel back to retailer. They did not alert me to difficulties they faced in my parcel being delivered at collection point. I only found out today by speaking to their staff via webchat.Royal Mail and Evri provide customers with tracking product messages, contact when they have been unsuccessful or encountered issues with delivering or leaving a product, and provide a second reattempt date and location for delivering parcel. This is an area Yodel need to consider for improvement. It is unacceptable the lack of updates and how one has to chase up what has happened to their parcel.

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.
Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.
The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
