They informed me that the TV was out of stock in the warehouse and only available in stores, meaning the delivery team couldn’t assist. Since I don’t drive, I explained that transporting such a large box on public transport was not feasible for me. The customer service team stated there was nothing they could do. Frustrated, I decided not to buy from the retailer. I then visited the manufacturer's website, where I discovered they offered a 5-year warranty for free during promotions, and the TV price matched the retailer's so-called discount. I ended up saving £120, and the TV was delivered by the manufacturer the very next day. This retailer should improve their delivery options; they're losing customers because of it.
