Review Time
Have purchased two bikes from Engwe now and so far am very happy with them. Customer service is good and are very quick to respond. My only complaint is that I needed to order a new parking kick stand for one of the bikes and it took over ten emails between us to actually get one ordered. Surely this is something that could be bettered?
We lost the mat on the mobility scooter while traveling and needed a new one. We were so glad to be able to get it replaced and it came within a couple weeks. thank you so much for helping us. It's great to cover batteries when weather is bad and keep dust out.
I recently purchased a p20 engwe bike. I had a problem with my torque sensor/ bottom bracket. I contacted engwe and they were fast and friendly to help me get my bike fixed. Im very happy with the customer service and I also own the l20 which a awsome bike. 2 great bike I own from engwe :)
I have an engwe engine pro I've had it for 18 months now and I ride almost everyday, I've done over 3,500 miles on it and I have had 0 issues, the only thing I've had to change is the break pads and chain through wear ,these bike are so tough and are capable of flying over any terrain, I've put this bike through its paces i can tell you and it's unbelievably solid ,this company is highly recommended and they obviously no what they are doing when it comes to building solid and very reliable bikes, I've also added heavier tyres to this bike and I am still getting over 30 miles on one charge after covering over 3,500 miles on it ,I also want to add that a few days ago I emailed engwe to ask a question and they were very quick on responding and they were quick on finding the information that I needed, they are a great company that builds great ebikes that are an absolute joy to ride 💯👌
I was a bit apprehensive at first, as I was buying from an unknown company with no local dealer available.But how wrong I was. They couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. If this one ever needs replacing(which I doubt as it's so well made), I would definitely buy from them again.
What can I say....Well, when I ordered the bike (E26) there was a stock issue, there was a bit of a wait for it to be delivered, I contacted their customer service and got an immediate response to my email explaining the situation and that they would inform me when the item was to be shipped. I did however become a bit frustrated with the delay and I made my frustration known to Engwe. There customer service was fantastic, they apologized for the delay and immediately offered a package of extras as a way of an apology/compensation, when I had to brass neck to ask for a better package they immediately agreed. The bike arrived and was simple to assemble, clear instructions and with all the tools needed. The agreement was that once I received the bike, I inform them and then they would send out the extras, they arrived within a few days. I love the bike, the extras make it (in my opinion) their customer service is superb, with pretty much immediate response, and it is definitely a company that I will be recommending to anyone that asks, and some have asked, and I get questions about the bike on a regular basis, it is a beast of a thing, but I love it. This was my first e-bike which I bought following some positive reviews. It is a great machine although I had some initial teething issues. These were very promptly resolved by customer support and the very useful community of ENGWE bike owners on Facebook.
