Ordered a bike through their website and everything thing was handled in a timely manner from the communication regarding the delivery to arrival. The bike took minimal skill to setup and has been providing great enjoyment for being out and about, allows you to get onto the route less traveled away from flat routes as hills are no longer a concern with the various levels of assistance provided.
I purchased the Engwe LE20 on 5th April 2025 to use for dropping off and picking up my 6‑year‑old son from school and sports activities. Overall, the bike has been excellent. It has great battery life, large tyres, and a sturdy, safe design. It includes all the features you would expect from a cargo-style bike, and both my son and I are very happy using it in London.There are just a couple of small improvements that could make the bike even better:Slightly reducing the bike’s overall length—even by 1 cm.I park it in a Cyclehoop bike hanger (a common council-provided cycle storage unit across London and the UK). The bike does fit, and I manage to park it, but it’s a very tight squeeze. A small reduction in length would make parking much more comfortable.Faster delivery for accessories.When ordering accessories, delivery takes quite a long time. It seems they ship directly from the manufacturing facility rather than from a UK or European warehouse. If Engwe could maintain local stock in London or Europe, accessories could arrive within 1–2 days, which would be very helpful for customers.Regarding after‑sales service, I am genuinely impressed. They quickly create a support ticket whenever there’s an issue. Although they often ask customers to visit a mechanic, I’ve handled all repairs myself. I once faced a motor issue, and they promptly sent me a replacement motor. Excellent support overall.My request to the company:Please list all accessories and spare parts on the website—right down to nuts and bolts—so customers can easily purchase whatever they need and receive quicker delivery.Overall, it’s a full‑featured, reliable bike, and I’m very happy with it. Keep up the great work and strong after‑sales support. Thank you!
I have bought Engwe Engine Pro 2.0 around 3 months ago, I it is really strong and can go any steep, without peddle, my body weight 73 kg, it is very fast can go 50 km per hour, but it can bed switched to be legal, from screen hold press some buttons and it will be programmed to be legal and max speed 25 km per hour.
engwe sent me clear instructions on how to identify the problem i had , and quickly sent me the new replacement part ,witch i fitted promptly and the new part resolved my problem , great service engwe uk.would definetly contact again if i need another problem solved .

Last year we bought a pair of Engine Pro 2.0 folding bikes and have been absolutely thrilled with the quality and performance. We were a little cautious initially buying online but had no reason to be as the customer service has been absolutely outstanding, with prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance. Recently Engwe emailed advising that the batteries may need to be replaced in line with their high-quality standards. After sending back the serial numbers we were advised that indeed this was necessary. Then within 4 working days we received a replacement set.I could not recommend Engwe enough to any potential new customer as from our experience they have been second to none.
I would like to thank ENGWE Customer service for a first class service we bought the ENGINE X charged the battery full but the display only showed 4 bars instead of 5 contacted customer service solved the problem sent out a new display now all is good thank you.
i own a Engine Pro which i use to go to work every day.Suddenly it stopped working as the contacts between the two parts of the battery were kind of melted.I wrote an email for assistance as still in guarantee and i had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Quick responses and solution. I had yhe two parts in about 4-5 days with the instructional video for replacement.Now the bike is fixed and like newthank you for the professionalismvery satisfied
