I reported to Engwe that my kit of a few spare nuts and bits supplied with my new bike did not contain a pair of break disk pads. They asked for my order no and supplied a pair within a short period of time

Really great experience

Really great experience buying the bike shipping company handled great and delivered with loads of updates. The customer service is the best ive had contact with really helpful genuine staff. The bike is outstanding really nice quality flys up some really steap hills on the coast with ease really enjoy dodling round the countryside, i dont need an ebike as im healthy and young but still makes riding so enjoyable and care free recomend them too anyone interested.

Parts for E Bike

I've had my bike for 2 years but needed new brakes and disks. The Customer Service Team were very helpful and the parts needed were received in a week. I would highly recommend.

True stats on the Engwe E26I weight 100kg with clothingThey say the bike can do 140km/86 miles NO IT DOES NOT. HALF THAT.THEY TESTED THE BIKE WITH SOMEONE WHO WEIGHTS 75KG ON A STRAIGHT ROAD IN CALIFORNIA IN SUMMER.NOW THE FACTS WITH MY WEIGHT.TODAYS WEATHER (December) 30/35 miles summer 35/45 milesPAS 1,2,3 you get the same milage you do not get anymore from it.I wish company'S would truly test the bikes and test it with more people's weight that would solve a lot of problems.I live in the UK not in the USA and the roads are not like the States unless you ride on the motorway.The bike is great but the range is no where near what they state.Lastly when you get down to 2 bars you start to feel the weight of the bike.Should you buy (YES)Would be better if they could put a range on the screen so you know how far you get on the bike so you don't lose your charge and have to walk with the bike which could be a problem with its weight.I have had the bike now for a year and been around a lot in this last year on it testing everything, just need the see the range on the dash instead of bars.Engwe need to put on the site how the bike is tested you only get to know if you ask them.

Prompt part replacement

The problem the bike developed was entirely my own fault. I lost the seat post bushing inside the frame meaning the seat quick release would not grip the seat post.After asking for the bike serial number etc, ENGWE wee happy to courier me a replacement at no cost to myself. Very good customer service. Very happy customer.

Ordered the bike not realising a price…

Ordered the bike not realising a price drop for Christmas was coming the next day! Emailed support and Engwe refunded half the difference! They didn’t have to do anything but I was very impressed that they were kind enough to refund. Delivery company Engwe used were good, excellent communication. Am enjoying the bike muchly!

A SHOUT OUT to Tracy!!!!

After placing a previous review shortly after purchasing an Engwe E26 ebike, I feel I am compelled to write another positive review.I had a issue with the front headlight on my E26. The Light came on as soon as the bike was powered up, but noticed it was only partially illuminated as you can appreciate it, only owning the bike less than 3 months I was dissapointed.However, I contacted Engwe and had a response from a lady called "Tracy" within 24 hours who sent me a new replacement front light under warranty, where it arrived 7 days later. Sadly, as I suspected this didn't resolve the problem. I contacted Tracy at Engwe again, where said she would forward out a new Controller, which arrived within 10 days and after fitting it, i was relieved it had resolved headlight issue.I must be honest, I was very dubious about ordering a Chinese ebike and more so dealing with their customer services if an issue should happen. However, my concerns were soon laid to rest, as Engwe were absolutely FANTASTIC and would especially like to praise Tracy for her help and guidance on my issue.If ANYONE is thinking of purchasing a Chinese brand of Ebike, look no further than ENGWE.Brilliant, brilliant,brilliant! Ps and yes, this is a genuine review!
