Awesome bikes for travelling adventures

We have 2 Engwe P20's, and absolutely love them, We got them mainly for van trips, and have recently been over to France for a month - the bikes were so so useful, and meant we could explore so many different places.I've had a problem with one of the bikes (a noisy back wheel). Engwe were really helpful, and sent me a video guide on how to tighten the spokes. Thier advice was spot on, and the video was really clear. I was able to solve the problem, and my bike is super quiet now!We have fixed a BuddyRider dog seat to one of the bikes, and so our dog can also enjoy our rides too. It fits perfectly :)

I was very sceptical about dealing with…

I was very sceptical about dealing with an online company like this but Enguie has proved to be genuine. Shipping was far quicker than expected, I bought the L20 Boost which is everything it said it would be. Very good and quick customer service too. I would recommend Enguie to others without hesitation. Thank you Enguie

Bikes Arrived Separately – Communication Could Be Improved

I ordered two bikes, which were delivered on separate days without prior notice. This meant someone had to be available to receive each delivery, which was inconvenient.The first bike was delivered without issue, but the second delivery — using the same courier — required a signature. Despite being on the phone with the delivery company and clearly giving approval, they still refused to leave the package. This caused unnecessary delays and added stress.Initially, I was concerned as I had trouble reaching customer support — the phone number didn’t work, the chat function was unresponsive, and I didn’t hear back via email for a few days. However, I eventually received a reply, and the missing item is now en route.Overall, the bikes themselves seem fine, but the lack of communication and inconsistent delivery process made the experience less smooth than it should have been.

Extremely happy with the Engine Pro 2.0…

Extremely happy with the Engine Pro 2.0 bike and the customer service that came with it. All messages were returned promptly. Delivery was efficient and fast.So happy with this company that I ended up ordering a second bike and the service was just as good, this time the colour I ordered was out of stock so I waited for their return to stock which happened exactly when they said they would and then the delivery was quick.Thank you.I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company and these bikes to anyone looking for an e bike .

The Bike is great on or off risd

The Bike is great . I use mine off road, on the beach and on normal roads and streets . Once set up it makes cycling effortless wherever I go . I would thoroughly recommend getting one of these

Good bike and great support even when there are issues

We ordered a P275 Pro directly from Engway. The shipping was quite quick and we got to enjoy the bike for a week until we had some issues with the battery not charging. Engway support was super helpful and helped us troubleshoot. It took a few cycles of troubleshooting but we ended up getting a new motor and replaced it. That fixed the issue. The bike is still amazing and the support was great. It is not often that you can expect a company to provide this much support online. Much appreciated. Great value ebike

Bike arrived quickly. Didn't look too difficult to build, but I was lazy and got someone to do it for me. Bought the E26 model. Great to ride. Cuts through the wind and likes hills. You still putsome effort in but so much more enjoyable to ride on a more windy day. Use mine for work and as getting older, I experience knee issues. This has helped me carry on cycling and enjoying the outdoors.
