I know some people have had a bad…

I know some people have had a bad experience, but I have nothing bad to report. I have the Engwe L20 and the power assist failed. I contacted after sales and Lydia was so helpful and got me a replacement controller sent out in quick time, resolving the problem. Keep up the good work Lydia.

Engwe a good bike company

I had a problem with the ioT tracking on my Engwe L20 3.0 Pro it stopped working I have been a customer of Engwe bikes for a couple of years and I have noticed a big improvement in the after care and customer service. You have to remember though you are dealing with a Chinese company so the back and forth can take a while but they always get back to you in my case they were able to remotely fix the the problem in a week from there end.You might get that done quicker with a british brand but this iot tracking is forever free unlike most bikes offer it free for a year then charge for it.If you can live with the back and forth with China their bikes offer great specs at keen prices

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I received multiple emails that were not intended for me, was sent items I didn't order, Engwe demanded I then send them back before they would send me a bike (which i never received).I was excited to receive the bike but now i would rather avoid them altogether.

Engine Pro-battery removal

Bought an Engine Pro nearly two years ago. Went to remove the battery but found that it would not come out. Once a photo of the problem was submitted, Lydia sent me a video on how to resolve. Five Star service and Lydia is a star!
