Nervously ordered my E26 from Engwe..

Nervously ordered my E26 from Engwe UK and didn't notice they were out of stock, was slightly disappointed but resigned myself to the end of September for delivery.. Shouldn't have had any concerns, Had a few e-mails back and forth with Engwe Uk which were all quickly responded to and professional.. To my surprise I had an e-mail saying they had a shipment at start of Sept, and had managed to reserve me a bike and a week or so later recieved my shipping details.. Slight hiccup on delivery date and on the day, but that was the courier as opposed to Engwe but still had great comms with the courier... All in all defo worth a 5 star, bike and overall service from Engwe UK put other more premium companies to shame.. Highly recommended for both product and service..

Bought 2x EP-2 Boost bikes & very happy with the quality of them. Very comfortable & smooth ride. Arrived within allotted time & they were well packaged so no damage. Instructions could be a little clearer but got there in the end. Ordered 2 rack bags also but only 1 arrived. Contacted Engwe & issue was soon resolved by Tracy.

Great bikes

Great bikes! Loads of torque and power is added smoothly because of the sensor in the crank. Build quality is better by far than any of the other e-bikes I’ve owned. Have them in Cyprus as well as here in the uk and we barely use the car to get about Pafos now. We can get all our shopping in the pop out paniers.Everyone wants to chat about them on seeing them and feel like I’ve become a Rep for Engwe now 😀

First Rate Customer Service

Having purchased a new Engwie Engine Pro2 recently on unpacking and assembly of said cycle we noticed that the rear mudguard/wing had a slight dent. Having taken a photo and sent it to the customer centre they offered us a package b as compensation. Having already got cycle helmets I asked if we could go with the C package instead. Two days later the package arrived. Now granted it would be nicer to get something new that had no damage but this will happen to it in time so although disappointing it’s not a big issue. The customer care though is and it definitely gets my approval. Quick and thorough in their responses, kind, supportive and willing to go that extra mile. (OTHER COMPANIES PLEASE NOTE) A big shout out to Lydia who helped through this process, much appreciated.

Superb service from start to finish

Superb service from start to finish - Lydia was always helpful and informative - communication was excellent - always got a prompt reply. The carrier was also excellent in communicating where the e-bike was and deliver info. All in all - yes, five stars without a doubt.
