I bought a e 26 e-bike from ENGWE which developed a fault with the headlight which would not turn off because the bike was under warranty I contacted them the service I received was excellent they sent me out various parts which fixed the fault could not fault the service thanks
I can’t explain how happy I am with the service provided by the Engwe support team. Over the past few days, I was really stressed because the headlight on my e-bike wasn’t working. I informed the service team just once, and within a few days they sent me a brand-new light. Seriously, this is amazing and very helpful service.From my side, it’s definitely 5 out of 5. Even when I bought my Engwe M20, they sent me a very nice gift pack filled with a jacket, a cap, and lots of other great items.Thank you once again!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Excellent company. Quality product and great service. I bought a bicycle that was my best purchase this year. It arrived with a scratched rear fender, I requested an exchange by email and the team was super helpful and sent me the replacement ahead of schedule.
Well they have been very helpful so far and have gone above and beyond what I would consider required help. They are very accepting of my idea to travel the length of the UK (GREAT BRITAIN) to see my relatives on their wonderful E-Bike, I would highly recommend them purely on customer service skills alone and considering I have the certificate they more then pass on that one, and at no point have they tried to oversell the product they listen and just try to be helpful which I must say I have not seen in others for over 10 years. Their Great I look forward to dealing with them for upgrades in the coming decade...
I purchased a Ebike Engwe Pro 2.0. It's been over 1 year. It's Awesome 👌. During my journey, the battery was broken down a month ago, I was worried. Luckily, My friend to collect me up and brought back my bike to home. In the next day, I contacted the Engwe Service, they are very helpful to give me the best solution in my case. I was satisfied. I ordered a new battery and The delivery are good, on time. Thank them a lot
Ive had my engine x for just over a year now and I love the bike. I needed a new controller and contacted Engwe and the very kind and helpful team got me a replacement. I honestly can't thank them enough im so glad to have my bike working just like it did when i got it. Thanks Engwe

They were prompt, deeply reassuring, and resolved the problem by providing a replacement motor that is now installed and running perfectly. Their willingness to stand by their product and offer such superb guidance made all the difference—they are truly world-class.Beyond the fantastic support, the performance and build quality of this bike are outstanding: Robust Durability: As a 17-stone rider, I can confirm the superior craftsmanship and durability. The bike is capable of handling heavy use without complaint. Mountain Master: I frequently use the bike for demanding, long-range rides up mountains. The Engine Pro 2.0 performs incredibly even when using all levels of PAS for extended periods. Hauling Power: The bike’s strength shines when hauling gear. I often carry a significant load on the rear rack using my Engwe rear trunk bag and panniers, and the bike handles the weight and terrain flawlessly.I am genuinely glad I chose Engwe over other options on the market. I have bought E26 bike from ENGWE. The bike is super and everybody looks at it wherever I go with it. Recently, I met an accident with this bike and the company has supplied the damaged parts of the bike for free of cost. Thanks for their support.
Have purchased two bikes from Engwe now and so far am very happy with them. Customer service is good and are very quick to respond. My only complaint is that I needed to order a new parking kick stand for one of the bikes and it took over ten emails between us to actually get one ordered. Surely this is something that could be bettered?
