I am super satisfied from engwe service. I ordered a bike. But we faced a problem with dpd delivery. Dpd didnt want to deliver my bike because the package was too heavy. I contacted engwe and they send out another bike immediately and it arrived two days later at my house. Thanks again for your quick service. And also the bike is super super nice. Really happy with the bike.
I ordered a P20 on 13 May and got a shipment tracking the next day. The good bit however stopped there. 2 days later on 16 May, the courier BJS showed that the shipment was cancelled without any reason. I immediately sent an email to Engwe asking for my order and never got any reply since. I am in the dark if and when I will get my bike!

Bought the EP-2 which came as predicted and had clear instructions in how to build. I had problems with the battery and messaged Engwe straight away who discussed what the problem is first and asked for a video before sending me a replacement part. The only downside is that, if you are not confident with electrics/dismantling components, it could be quite daunting to do. However there are videos to show you how to do it and I had a unique problem with my battery that I had to overcome but the video didn't show. I'm basing the 5 stars on the service and communication I had with Engwe.
Absolutely horrible. I have had the bike for just under 3 months now, and many things have gone wrong with it. Such as the seat mechanism becoming snapped, the battery came damaged, and the worse one out of them all is that my front wheel has come loose and wobbly at least 4 times. I have taken it to bike shops to get it done properly, I have checked to see if it's broken (it's not). This bike is so awful. And on top of that, I contacted their customer service help desk and I haven't had a reply in nearly a week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
they sent me the wrong bike - 4 emails to support and not one reply - dreadful customer service. They came back to me the next day as the email response team are based in china We ended up keeping the bike for my wife with a refund offered to keep this one and order another black one.
I ordered a bike online. 12 hours after ordering the bike, I received an email, stating that the product I ordered has been discontinued and have three options. I chose the full refund option. Why wasn't the web site updated, stating discontinued stock. I am now fighting a battle for a refund. Its a substantial amount of money and it is mandatory that I receive my refund before I can buy another e-bike froma diffetent company, with the same specifications that I want.They took my money quick as a flash, but don't want to return it back to me. We all work very hard for our money and its so unfair a company can just keep it for as long as possible. Contacting Engwe is a nightmare, with overseas telephone numbers and ignoring my e-mails. Fortunately I paid for the bke using paypal and they have opened a dispute claim, but I still have to wait for my money to be refunded. Surely, this is theft ??.BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE PARTING WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO ENGWE. Customer service is non existent and their solution centre is a shambles.
Had a faulty charger with the bike, customer services sorted it straight away and sent me a new charger..................... Perfect Service ...................(Would use Engwe again (although sometimes confused with the name, I've seen it called engine elsewhere)
