I wanted to buy a spare E bike battery but unfortunately they didn't have any in stock. I was told that they may have this in a couple of months. So I agree to wait for this item during that time I was giving update and great communication from one they staff (Lydia) excellent service
I had bought a cargo ebike Le20. the order was delivered in time just over 1 week. the customer service was excellent and replied to all my queries within 1 working day. the bike itself is as described and have not had any issues so far and kids enjoyed it. i simply don't regret buying this ebike.
Just back from my first ride on my ENGWE N1 AIR it is brilliant thoroughly enjoyed it. 18k with hills in power assist 5 mostly and only down one bar. Build quality seams very good. Customer service first class. De livery although over Christmas was quick. Very happy 😃
