Review Time
Bought an E26 from Engwe and realised, after a while, that the front fork was bent. There was no sign of damage to the original packaging nor to the fork itself and I'd been riding the bike for a couple of months (though without any crashes!).I contacted Engwe and the send out a replacement form and headstock with no quibble. The bike rides even better now and I have to commend the after-sales service from Engwe.
I have already posted a review of the Engwe L20 3.0 Pro ebike that I bought in December 2025. This is an additional post to give a shout out for the customer support at Engwe. I had cause to contact them for a couple of minor points over the weeks following my purchase. Without fail I always had a reply back straight away. Always very polite and trying their very best to be as helpful and prompt as possible, in a very friendly and kind manner. Customer service is extremely important when buying online and Engwe excel in the quality of their service in this respect. I just thought they deserve a mention.
Great bike, I really like my P20. I had some warranty issues, but they were dealt with very quickly, and I received a replacement together with video instructions, which was very helpful.In general, the P20 is a great bike. There are a few things I would improve: the saddle, a gel version would be great; the fork bearing, instead of steel balls, it would be nice to have the newer tapered type, which is inexpensive but gives a much more premium feel; and if the fork could have a mono-shock suspension, that would make it an ideal bike for the price. :D
After researching several options, I purchased this e-bike for my son and have been very impressed with the quality. It offers excellent value for money and doesn’t feel like a budget bike at all. The pedal-assist system works brilliantly, the Shimano gears are smooth, and the front suspension combined with the comfortable seat and suspension seat post makes for a very comfortable ride. My son is thoroughly enjoying it, and I am extremely pleased with both the bike and the Engwe team. Highly recommended.
Really happy with the bike. Havent tested it properly yet, but just what I wanted. Needed to contact customer services with a minor issue. I had a prompt a response from Lydia who remained my contact person until this issue was resolved which she actioned straight away. Thank you
After receiving this cycle alarm I had to leave a review. It's amazing value for money, doubles up as a very loud horn when needed and comes with a key fob to activate the alarm, perfect when paired with the Engwe lock for peace of mind when leaving unattended. 10/10 fast delivery as well.
