Review Time
So after writing a review on 22 May, I got in touch with Abtot their regulators. Abtot kindly responded and copied in LM. I responded to LM asking if they were going to pay the money back £467, still not heard anything. All I can say is, Lastminute is hugely irresponsible and I am just disgusted with them!
The rooms are very old-fashioned. Lots of things in the rooms didn't work, like the telephone wasn't connected, the fridge made a huge amount of noise so we switched it off, the toilet flush didn't work a lot of the time, etc. We chose this hotel as we booked only a few days before the trip and didn't have much choice unfortunately. The hotel staff didn't want to give us back the towel deposit when we provided the towel cards, they wanted to see a payment confirmation as well (just for towels!), something that I haven't seen anywhere else.
Ripped myself and one of my family members off!!!! Arrived at a hotel which had been paid via last minute, upon checkout, was told we had to pay!!!! As last minute had not paid them anything!!!! Impossible to get hold of, keep telling us lies that the refund is coming, do not book with these COWBOYS!!!! Probably on the verge of going into administration, if you book a holiday with these people please be aware they more than likely will have not been paid and you will have to pay twice!!!!
What is going with lastminute I booked a ticket to surprise my sisters and my mum and I want to change the date, now they changed one and two is still haven’t been changed😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I’m really really really disappointed No customer service!!!!? This is a joke
