Review Time
We booked either a comfort or deluxe room we was put in a comfort room with 2 single beds a very noisy aircon and fridge had to wait 5 days before we could move. The bar was constantly topping up beer with old beer which gave me a really bad stomach which i still have now. The flys around the resort caused infections on some small cuts on my legs i am still on medication. apart from that the staff and restaurant was very good, would i go back NO
Had a e-gift card for Lastminute.com and so booked a holiday with them. Once I received my e-card went redeem it against the holiday booking only to be told 'its for new bookings only' in my view this was a 'new booking' and didn't see what the issue was. Have tried several times to get through via the telephone, it just cuts you off you cannot speak to anyone. You then try their virtual chat to which you are unable to respond, seriously I wonder how they are still in business and to top it all, they then took a further payment of £752 which wasn't due anytime soon! if you e-mail you will just get a automated response. I will NOT be booking through them anytime soon pure joke as a business
very very very bad service. changed my fligths without informing me. did not give me any information on car pick up. when i called customer service they just parrot stuff without knowing anything. this by far the worst travel agency out there
I booked a trip with lastminute for 5000EUR and they kept the booking under 'processing', never confirming.I tried contacting them to know if I had the trip or otherwise they should notify and they didn't confirm/cancel.They also said that they wouldn't refund the whole amount of the booking.
We were very happy with the booking and booked a holiday package to Dublin. They took the full amount and we took out the travel extra package. A month be fore we were to go we need to cancel as my sisters chemo treatment was brought forward. 2 days before or flight we are still waiting for our money to be returned. We had an email to say that we are not having any money refunded. Please don’t use this company
