What a useless incompetent company, I booked for Bangkok, booked seats for the flight looked really good, 10 mins later a email saying sorry a glitch and we can't book your seats, I tried to cancel the whole trip but it won't allow me, how are they lawfully allowed to sell you a seat if your choice knowingly it's not available, this one is going to my lawyer, I advise anyone to buy your holiday elsewhere.
I continuously clicked no to all additional costs added to the purchase of a very quick flight throughout the entire ordering process and this company added some random "FullFlex" without my consent. After I clicked SUBMIT, something flashed on the screen, the price increased, and the order processed with additional fees that were not acknowledged. Avoid this company at all costs. Just book through the airline, they're going to be a bit more honest.
Scam refund policy, holiday cancelled as they could not find a suitable alternative flight when our outbound was cancelled but in spite of their email stating I would get a "full" refund it's actually £110 short. Cue the inevitable online and direct conversations about terms and conditions which are pretty much unintelligible without a law degree, and basically don't add up regardless. Pay a bit more and use a company that won't rip you off.
I’m really disappointed with Lastminute.com and how they handled my refund.I paid £225 for a Pegasus Airlines ticket, which was later cancelled. I contacted Pegasus directly, and they confirmed that they refunded £138 back to Lastminute.com. However, Lastminute only offered me £67 as a cash refund — and if I choose that option, they’ll deduct a £70 handling fee, which basically means I get nothing back.They’ve also offered me a flight credit instead, but that’s not what I want or what’s fair. The airline clearly refunded them more money than what they’re giving me, so I have no idea where the rest of it went.I’ve asked for a proper breakdown, but so far, the response has been completely unreasonable. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of — £225 gone, and no clear explanation.I just want other travellers to be aware: double-check refund policies before booking with Lastminute.com, especially if your flight gets cancelled.
Although there was a problem initially, the customer service team reached out to apologize and provided a voucher. I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue. Thank you for taking responsibility!
Was trying to book a holiday online, got price starting adding family details, then asked for main traveller details system wont accept my details. Go on chat, was called by advisor and told them the story but there was a bit of an understanding issue but they said they found me. Explained my issue and price I had and they took all details again and placed my irder, great. Invoice came and was £500 higher than my price so i wrote explaining issue no reply, sent another no reply, sent one to their excalation address. Got a reply saying have investigated your complaint and we cant find anything wrong??Have written back and will make a complaint to ATOL and another body. BEWARE dealing with these people. They are not uk advisors so the language barrier is a massive issue when having a phone call and clearly their excalation team struggle to understand a problem even when explained in plain English.
