I’m writing this review because I feel very disappointed.I was flying with this company.Happened to me to made a mistake in a date, and instead 16.12 I put 16.11.Right away contacted on chat on last minute app.Young gentleman called me and offered rescheduling, so I agreed, but to make sure, i asked him how much IN TOTAL will cost me the trip.He (as I found out later) told me only the additional fee amount, which I thought will include the old price, if the trip is rescheduled.He told me that AFTER the transaction and when I said that I didn’t agree for that, he said-that I cannot refund this one too.He didn’t let me know about anything.After that was very angry with me because I said that I have to report it.He said that i agreed for EVERYTHING because I got an email.Is that how you talk with customers? The fact that I made a mistake is a reason to hear from customer service that: it’s your mistake, not ours. So it is just enough to have access to my bank details, to not give me any choice only to PAY PAY PAY. Management called me to talk about recordings, not having a clue what was in it.Telling me that i purchased a ticket then wanted to cancel at different day.I asked for a recorded conversations, the proof of how unprofessional those people are.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Have been overcharged due to an error in their tech, and refused a refund. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel is very clean, well located, within walking distance to the metro. The staff is very helpful, Ali always helps you with everything you need. I really recommend this place.

incredibly stressful experience, and I’m regretting using your service.

I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I’ve been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent’s email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I’m regretting using your service.

False advertising with ZERO customer…

False advertising with ZERO customer service or support. Forced to download an app to speak with an automated bot.Booked a room with Holiday Inn Express and not available on arrival.Rooms available on website: Standard, Standard Twin & Accessible. Chose Standard as didn't want either twin or accessible. On arrival 25 minutes later only Twin or accessible available. Even though payment had not processed Holiday Inn Express refused to cancel and refund, even when the reception staff advised they had not processed payment. Payment then taken and Quoted Terms and Cnoditions of Non refundable and cannot speak to anyone at Last Minute. Avoid at all cost.

I sincerely hope that the company's CEO or anyone from the head office reads this review!The way the company's employees and customer service handled our Booking with ID: 2659301613 is disastrous, awful and beyond comprehension. A completely useless and rude customer service that is almost impossible to reach, a phone number that doesn't exist and a refund that you will never get back even if your flight is canceled.Our flight was canceled and a refund from the airline (Vueling in this case) was paid back to “lastminute”. In spite of so many mail contracts with their useless customer service, our refund was never paid back. In simple terms,they kept the refund for themselves and have broken every legal right that customers have, and apparently this is a common practice in this agency!A complaint was filed to The European Consumer Centres Network (ECC Net).So my advice to you who's reading this review is :Do not book anything through their website or this fake agency.This is a free piece of advice unless you want to give away your money for nothing.This website/agency has specialized in scamming people. All the positive reviews with 4 or 5 stars are most definitely fake!. Probably just the employees themselves writing these false positive reviews to deceive you.You've been warned!

Keep far away from this site!I booked a flight, and mistakenly booked wrong dates. I was though my booking entitled to change dates at a fee, and when attempting that on the website, it gave a generic "Something went wrong" error.I requested the change both at the app, and though their chat, and they initially gave me a quote at the same price as a new ticket - called the airline who stated the quote should be half of that. Tried their customer service again, and then just got the information that the requested flights I wanted to change to was not available.I ended up having to make the EXACT same booking directly with the airline, which absolutely was available. The airline even marked it in the system my request for a change, but it had to be made though lastminute.com.So, stay far, far away from this site.
