I read in the comments that, when you click, they apply an extra charge at the very last second, just when you’ve already removed everything. In my case, they added €30, and the final charge was €100 more than what I was supposed to pay. From that moment, first red flag. I went straight to my account, and it was extremely difficult to find anything other than their awful AI. Eventually, I found a loop that was clearly a violation of the terms.Everyone knows that, in virtually all international airlines, you have 24 hours to cancel and get a refund with no problem. Also, if you made a mistake with the name or something else, you can fix it for free (usually by calling). Here, however, they tell you: “All good, your booking is confirmed,” but your tickets will be sent to your email within a maximum of 72 hours. In another section, they even say 96 hours.I called customer service after waiting 2 hours without receiving the tickets. The representative told me, “Yes, your booking is already confirmed.” I replied, “Then send it to me; if anything happens, I’ll contact my airline directly.” They told me that within a maximum of 96 hours I would receive my booking and that it would be soon. In this case, the airline was Aeroméxico.That’s when I realized why they do this: they take more than 24 hours even though they clearly told you the booking is confirmed, just to avoid the airline clauses and screw you over no matter what. Because of that, refunds or any other rights obviously don’t apply due to the conditions they created to harm you.In short: don’t do it. This is messed up.
I have bought the ticket and made a mistake throughlast-minute.com and they don’t wanna help me whatsoever every time I try to contact them I have to wait forever through the chat and any request you make it take 48 hours they make you wait 48 hours and then they say NO that’s all you get from them no help whatsoever never ever again!!

We where initially over charged over the online price for a holiday for 4 adults in three rooms, no success in getting a reasonable response and would loss the Ryanair flight cost if canceling. Then unfortunately on member of the group can’t travel and we tried to cancel their hotel room 6 weeks before travel to be told that’s not possible to part cancel. I say this Don’t ever think this is a holiday booking site it’s just a company that takes your monies and has no real customer care THEY JUST WANT YOUR CASH DON’T BE AS DUMB AS ME must be amongst the worst practices in this market and time the authorities put a stop to the unreasonable T&C they seem to get away with.
Booked 5 nights stay at Vue Mont Blanc, balcon et parking privé, Chamonix (rue Vélars.) It was ok, quite dated but we knew that from the images. The host never got back to us after we had emailed twice so we gave up. The bedroom was made to look larger than it was, with the ‘double bed’ pushed up right against the wall in a corner. The bed was in fact two thin mattresses on a platform. Didn’t feel like it was very clean so we put t shirts over the pillow cases. The hallway/building constantly smelt like there was rubbish left out in the open. Wouldn’t really recommend.
