Great to easily find a place all sorted easily. The Hotel was cheap but had no flushing toilet or hot water in the shower, this was not acceptable.

They will charge for Refund! SCAM

I have received yesterday an email saying that my flight is cancelled. On the email, they haven't mentioned any refund of my money so I decided to wait until today which I try to contact the customer service. The phone number they have it says an automatic message so is useless. Then I trying to talk with the robot on the chat two times and the second time finally connected me with a 'human'.To sum up he told me they are going to charge me £35 per passenger after asking him three times and also they will submit a refund request to the airline which it my take up to two months to process. Although they were not sure if I will get my money back. No confirmation, no specific day, no specific refund and charging me £35 per passenger!Their terms and conditions are not clear on their website so they can take your money. Then they will say they are really sorry! Be careful! Avoid those scammers!

Searched a flight a sky scanner and it give me some prices . I choose last minute.com I thought they must be most reliable out of other four sites.I booked the flights paid in full. They didn’t booked the flight and sent me an email to wait 24 hours after 32 hours they sent me another email saying sorry we couldn’t confirm your flight.They wasted our 32 hours and we couldn’t find another flight with that price. I should have booked it with Expedia which was on sky scanner on that as well.

Where is your customer service???

Absolutely hopeless trying to get advice about my trip booked through Lastminute.com. I needed to speak to someone, but the system would not accept the booking id that I had been given, so I couldn't get through. The webchat was no help with a query I had about flights. In the end I had to pay for new flights with another airline.

Stranded at the airport, 2hrs from destination

Stranded at the airport, 2 hours from our destination, late at night with a 5 year oldChild. Complaint made. No compensation given. no one at last minute.com gives a flying F&*k! A faceless company. It’s cheap for a reason. Do NOT BOOK.
