DO NOT USE ... IMPOSsiBLE to speak to a person.. 3 hours on a messaging service.. One if my flights got cancelled by airline.. would not refund. I had paid for the flex insurance still no refund. BE careful.. book direct... last minute.com is horrendous .. no fault of my own lost all monies . Horrendous incapable un professional customer service that know nothing and you cant speak to .. a vompany is only as good as when things go wrong ...dont touch with a barge poleanyone aghhhhh! leave alone
Belen was outstanding and very helpful, English was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. Also she was able to renegotiate the pricing a bit, after a bit of applied pressure to price match and improve on other competing online platforms.
Absolutely disgraceful experience with lastminute.com – this company is a complete scam and should not be trusted with a single penny. I booked a return flight, which was canceled due to a war. Pegasus Airlines confirmed they had issued a full refund to lastminute.com. Yet, instead of passing that on to me, lastminute.com did not refund me the full amount and charged me for a so-called “handling fee” for a service I never used. I didn’t take the flight, received no service, and was still charged. Their response? “Cancellation is a service.” Ridiculous.Worse still and here’s the real scam when you try to claim your money back, they push you into accepting vouchers instead of actual refunds. These vouchers can only be used on their own website, where everything is marked up and overpriced compared to other platforms. It’s just a trap to funnel you back into another terrible transaction so they can rinse you again.Their customer service is cold, robotic, and clearly trained to wear you down until you give up. Zero accountability. Zero fairness. Total manipulation.They profit from crises, offer no support, and will do everything to avoid refunding your money even when the airline itself has already refunded them.Save yourself the frustration and the financial loss. Avoid lastminute.com like the plague. Book directly with airlines or trusted agencies. This company operates on unethical practices and should be blacklisted. How the hell do you actuality speak to anyone at Lastminute.com , The useless chat help that just keeps telling you you dont have a booking , well of course I dont because its impossible to speak to anyone to solve any problems before I spend my £4000. The phone line says " this is for new bookings only" and then cuts you off every time and the booking progress page says on the flight info page that "checked bags" are included and then when you get to the booking page all of a sudden their not included. Thats 2 bookings that they have now lost due to appalling customer service .
Terry.ts was a very helpfull girl who sorted all my holiday booking to cyprus , including flights and hire car. F.A.B. many thanks Terry, where ever you are. Ron Smith London. although my booking came to nothing as after i paid the full amount I recived an email that the booking could not be confirmed and mt money was returned with no comment and i have not been able to find out \why,.
This will be my last time booking with Lastminute.com. The agent left out cabin luggage to make the price look better and booked connecting flights despite me asking for direct ones. With kids who have autism and ADHD, getting through Istanbul airport was a nightmare, no support, long queues, and we missed the connection by minutes.We had to buy new flights, missed our transfer, and couldn’t reach Lastminute.com that evening. When I finally spoke to someone, they offered a £100 voucher, as if I’d ever book with them again. Shocking customer service and no consideration for families with additional needs.
