We stayed at Servatur Green Beach for one week in September on a HB basis. The hotel itself is quite old and all the fixtures and fittings are clearly worn or damaged. The food was edible but nothing to get excited about. Very basic food, overcooked veggies, overcooked and greasy eggs, cheap meat. The fruit was nice though and the staff was very helpful. The room was spacious. In fact it was more like a one bedroom apartment, the bathroom was also of a decent size. However everything was scratched, damaged, towels were very old, we had ants in the room. We asked for it to be sprayed but ants kept coming back.Even though there was some cleaning service I never found the floor being mopped or properly cleaned even once. There is a big balcony overlooking the ocean with stunning sunsets in the evening. This was the highlight of the holiday. The swimming pool was clean, good size, however not heated. The location of the hotel is really good as it’s close to very beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. There is a bus stop literally 4 mins from the hotel, where you can catch a bus to go to other interesting places on the island.Overall we loved the location, however we would not choose the same hotel again.
Rebooked our anniversary hotel adults only hotel to one with a noisy kids club. This was due to a 'technical issue' there are still rooms at the hotel we wanted. They refused to upgrade us to a room with a private pool, even though these were also available. Sold it to us as an upgrade because it's all inclusive. Something we definitely didn't want. So it wasn't an upgrade. Very rude email responses. Will never book with them again. Silver wedding anniversary with friends (who are staying at our preferred hotel) ruined
We have received no positive response from either the Lastminute.com customer care team or the hotel. Your team keeps insisting that we need to change the hotel booking directly with the hotel. However, when we contact the hotel, they inform us that Lastminute.com must change the dates since the booking was made through your website and not directly with them.Clearly, this is an issue that Lastminute.com needs to resolve. You have not taken any positive action to correct your own error, i.e. your website booked dates that were convenient for your system, not the ones I entered. There is a fault in your booking system, and you need to address this immediately.Your current practices appear to be fraudulent, scamming people out of their hard-earned money. This needs to stop.
Went to check in today to find my flights were cancelled, they said they sent me an email but it went to spam, apparently I should of ignored the app that was telling me when the flight was and even telling me to check in this morning, luckily I did try to check in online and didn’t go to Stansted! What is the point of the app? Avoid or check your spam emails daily
No stars if possible!Terrible experience with them!I booked a package holiday with them including fights and hotel. They didn’t tell me that Ryanair don’t acknowledge bookings from a third party so you have to jump through many different hoops to verify yourself with Ryanair.I paid in 4 Instalments but they didn’t take my final one! There is no customer service telephone number for them and you have to chat with a bot who is hopeless.I finally got to “chat” with a human and they told me my final payment was declined by my bank which was untrue.I spoke to my bank and they said no attempt was made to take the final paymentI spent 12 hours trying to sort it out and finally, after around 30 attempts, managed to pay off my final amount via their App!At no time was I contacted to say my final payment hadn’t gone through!!If I hadn’t noticed myself I could have lost my whole holiday!
I recently booked through Lastminute.com, a relatively new addition to their platform, and encountered significant issues.Btw I just realised last minute has few trust pilot accounts some of them are worst rating and some of them are good, this is their strategy to convince that they are positive review.Lastminute.com has poor customer service, with rude representatives who offered no help when I needed to cancel my flight and request a refund. They directed me to the airline, who in turn said it was the responsibility of the agent. This left me caught in the middle, unsure of how to proceed. Before booking the ticket, you can call their support and experience the customer response and then book the tickets from them, This guy on the phone was literally somewhere outside when talking to me and was rude asking for doctor prescription on why I want to cancel the tickets because I am sick and I have to prove to himNavigating their chat support is also frustrating—it's almost as if they don't want to be contacted. After much effort, I finally reached an agent who assisted with the refund. However, despite clear communication about the airline's refund policy (where only $100 would be deducted), Lastminute.com refunded me just 5% of the total amount. For a $900 flight, I only received $50 back, l which I dont want to claim and they can keep it since they just took 95% of the total amount.I have booked 1000 tickets in last couple of years and I as an expert do not recommend them.
