Scam service

Avoid this service at all costs; they are a scam. I had a terrible experience with incorrect dates and when I tried to adjust them, they quoted an exorbitant fee. I reluctantly agreed, but then the price increased, and after requesting a refund, I received only a fraction of what I had paid. They delayed responses and claimed the price had risen due to airline policies. They erase chat records, leaving no proof of agreements. I plan to report them to relevant authorities.

Great prices, but lacking customer support

I booked a business-class flight for a great price, but due to medical reasons, I needed to cancel. The airline directed me back to the service for cancellation. I attempted to submit a request citing medical reasons but encountered an error with no confirmation. Their only support is a limited chatbot; there’s no human assistance or escalation process. When digital systems fail, customers are left stranded. This is not what modern customer service should be. Very disappointing.

Worst package holiday company ever avoid avoid avoid

Worst package holiday company ever story on this nightmare holiday we had to endure due to last minute. package holiday I paid for was not the one we expected we arrived at mirage bay resort at 11 pm on the 17th of November into a hectic reception full of people shouting and complaining that this hotel resort was not acceptable we were told everything would be fine so we were told to go to the first room available it was a absolute dump and the balcony door wouldn’t lock I went back to reception and told the staff this was unacceptable but was assured that this was ok and we would be moved rooms the day after the staff were very aggressive and angry I insisted that we couldn’t stay in this room because we wouldn’t sleep in fear of someone entering the balcony door as we were on the ground floor eventually after 30 minutes of debating the manager agreed to move rooms to one that would lock we arrived at the next room and was forced to sign a declaration saying that we had agreed to stay in this said room which was just as bad the balcony door on this room had been permanently screwed shut which was a fire hazard as there was only one point of entry and egress we were far from happy an felt intimidated by angry staff we were tired after traveling all day and just needed some sleep so we tried to get some sleep which was impossible due to the beds being so uncomfortable and dirty so I waited till morning and headed back to reception to raise concerns on the second room on doing so took some pictures of the room and some of the hellish surroundings of this 4 star resort this turned out to be to be a big mistake I was approached my angry members of staff telling me not to take pictures of the rubbish and the dirty grounds I felt like I was going to be attacked so I headed back to the second room in fear and contacted many of your agents we my concerns only to be told to go back to reception and complain I was not willing to risk my or my partners safety in this hellhole so I ask your agent to be moved asap to be told again send photo evidence which I did and go to reception and complain at this point we didn’t fell safe at all i told your agent to just move us hotel if possible your agent must have contacted the hotel reception to come and get us out of the room and demand that we go to reception so the hotel staff kept coming banging on the door aggressively demanding that we go to reception which I declined seven times and eventually they sent a German lady that was less angry suggesting that we pack our bags and get out asap or have a look at another room and offered alcart menu to be delivered to the room so we didn’t have to leave the room i felt I had no option at this point as we were in fear for our lives I was forced to take another room that was considered an upgrade and called the best room in the hotel but just as bad as the others except the balcony door worked I felt intimidated and forced to sign another declaration saying I accept a very good room I did this under duress so I contacted you agent to say that we had been moved rooms to be told that the case would now be closed we were very upset and unhappy by the way we had been treated be the mirage bay resort staff and the lastminute. be felt we had no other option but to stay at this **** hole so proceeded to try and enjoy the rest of the 9 nights left of the package holiday we never ate at the restaurants at the mirage bay as it looked disgusting and dirty we talked to many guests that agreed that this resort was the worst place the have ever visited luckily we were near the gatehouse of the resort so we could order food and fresh vegetables to the gatehouse to be collected hastily before being approached by the angry staff all in all the was the worst package holiday ever I will be sending a complaint to trading standards the way I was treated and the shambles of the package holiday I was sold by lastminute felt the whole holiday was a scam and should be taken off the your . before someone gets seriously hurt by these people at mirage bay resort

Horrible Customer Service especially…

Horrible Customer Service especially when it comes to valid refunds.We submitted a cancellation request due to medical reasons last 17th October. An email from lastminute.com on October 20th said that they could refund 33% of the total package amount which while disappointing was fine. It is what it is.It is now November 14th and we have not seen any of the agreed refund. And the timelines keep changing. The email said refund will take a few days.Last week - their agent (via chat) said 5-20 business days.Today - their agent said 20 business days to 2 months.Horrible Customer Service. Unreliable and inflexible. Once you've given them the money, they make it extremely difficult for you to contact and come up with excuses. And you cant contact them via phone only chat.Never using lastminute.com again. Please dont too. Bad company.

Disgusting service

Booked flights with lastminute. A couple of months later the airline cancelled the flights and there was nothing available on the required date from LM.com, so asked for a refund.6 weeks later I received a notification that £95 was being refunded.. despite the fact the the flights had cost £183On emailing I was informed that the missing £87 was a service charge...Absolutely disgusted that they can get away with this.Will NEVER book anything with them again... Be warned...

I booked a flight ticket

I booked a flight ticket, and the price shown at checkout was £1,634.98. However, when I paid through PayPal, £1,709 was charged to my card.They are now claiming this is due to PayPal’s currency exchange, but the price was clearly displayed in GBP at the time of purchase. This explanation is unacceptable.I am requesting an immediate refund of the difference.
