Why do so many companies use this appalling company? I can’t even be bothered to detail all the many deliveries which have been simply dumped outside/inside my block of flats without any attempt to actually come to my door, I’m very fortunate to have honest neighbours who undertake to bring them to me but this is simply unacceptable.

Had an email from evri this morning to say my parcel was out for delivery between 6pm and 7pm. A further email was sent at 6.53pm to say that the parcel will now be deliver between 7pm and 8pm. A final email was sent at 7.26pm to say that there has been a delay with the delivery and they will let me know when the parcel will be delivered.This is not the first time this has happened when I was expecting a delivery from Evri. I get the feeling that the couriers in my area stop working at 8pm and any parcel they still have to deliver will be delivered at a time that is convenient to them.I can't understand why businesses use Evri to deliver their parcel when they are so unreliable.
I wish everyone would stop using this delivery service to send parcels. 1st experience with Evri, my parcel was delivered to a locker however I did not receive a QR code till about 3 days later so had no way to access my parcel. Currently waiting for two deliveries, one of which seems to be lost in transit more that 10 days after it's been sent and another that was paid for to be next day delivery, now the ETA is set for 4 days later (2 days after the order was placed). PLEASE STOP USING THIS CARRIER SERVICE!!!
