Review Time
I placed an order on 19 November. The first thing I noticed was that I didn’t get a confirmation or something in the first 2 days so I had to contact them. They told me they are going to sort it out and sent the confirmation to me with a tracking number. As of we speak it’s 27 November now and I received a confirmation email but no tracking number. My package keeps getting delayed while they advertise that their shipping time is within 7 business days. They also will have to ship it out to the Netherlands so they won’t make it in time. I keep contacting the customer service and they do reply but they give the most generic answers as if a AI is responding they’re pretty useless to be honest. I hope they can fix this and I would advise to read reviews first before you order unlike me.
I am very dissapointed how the packaging of my order went. My order cost almost 500 euro and the bag i purchased was just inside of the dustbag and no paper to cover it no and receipt inside. then just out inside of the big box. I don't know if its real. Atleast can make it beautiful packaging as it is not that cheap bag i purchased. It was an Emperio Armani bag .

It’s been five days since I placed my order and I have not heard anything from Giglio I think this is bad considering other sites that I buy my clothes from I get and immediate response and ready the reviews makes me very nervous of the outcome this is just very bad customer service
placed an order with Giglio and paid through Klarna. The parcel was shipped too late, so I contacted the store to cancel. They told me I could refuse the delivery, which I did — I never accepted or touched the parcel.Now Giglio claims that one of the items was missing when the package was returned and says they have started an investigation with FedEx. However, this has nothing to do with me, as I never received the parcel. I should not have to wait for the outcome of their investigation to get my refund.Very disappointing experience. I expected a professional company to handle this responsibly and refund me in full without delay.
I placed an order and it never arrived. I went on leave and when I arrived they said they delivered my order to the wrong address. These are frauds. They neither give the address they delivered to nor refund the money. Don't trust them.
Unfortunately, my experience with Giglio has been very disappointing. I placed an order a week ago, but the shipping information has not been updated at all. The delivery time estimated during checkout was misleading, and the main reason I chose Giglio was because of the promised fast delivery.While customer service was responsive, they weren’t able to resolve the issue or provide clarity. Sadly, this has left me feeling let down, and I would hesitate to order here again.
I ordered a product on 1 August, delivered 13 August, as an anniversary present. Because it was a gift, I did not open the parcel immediately. When I finally did, I discovered that they had sent the wrong item. I reported this on 4 September – well within the legally accepted timeframe.Customer support (Gabriele) refused to help, hiding behind a 14-day return policy. This is not applicable here: under EU Directive 2019/771, consumers have at least two years to file a claim when the goods do not match the contract. Reporting within two months is always considered reasonable, yet my claim was dismissed.Not only was a special gift ruined, but the company also chose to ignore EU consumer protection law and refused to escalate the matter -hiding behind their “company policy” (which does not override EU consumer protection laws). I am now escalating the case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Customers deserve better.
