Purchased a green works electric power washer 1800 psi on 3/3/2025 from Lowe's. The pressure washer worked good for about 5 to 6 hours, after that it would cut out every 30 seconds. Spent an hour troubleshooting the problem without success. GREEN WORKS ELECTRIC POWER WASHER IS JUNK!! Went to Lowe's and they said to contact Green Works. I called 1-888-909-6757 and was on HOLD for20 minutes with NO answer. I went online to their website without any area to describe my problem with the pressure washer. GREEN WORKS HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO SATISFACTION!!
Customer service is horrible. Bought a hedge trimmer and it went on sale for $100 less the day after I received it. They refuse to refund the difference, instead making you return the product and pay for the shipping to get the reduced price. Will never buy another thing from them.
I have purchased your combo product from Walmart. I paid over 300.00 for the blower and trimmer. I used it three times, and it has become useless, causing a total loss of product use and no way of recouping my money. The three times I used it, it seemed to work great. Then It started to fall apart. The battery became unchargable and useless, and now the trimmer feed head is separated from the housing, making it unrepairable. So the result, I was able to trim my lawn several at a cost to me of about $125.00 a cut. A lawn service would have cut the lawn for an entire season for that money.
Order is a week late at this point, not sure I'll ever see it. Called greenworks customer service and they said it's not their problem that I didn't receive the product I bought from them. They've washed their hands of it and said "call FedEx, I don't know what to tell you". Absolutely rude and no help. If you buy greenworks, I'd suggest buying through Amazon or another third party. DON'T BUY DIRECT!
I bought a green works lawnmower with 2 batteries and a charger. I used it periodically over 3 years. I probably charged the batteries 20 times each. They failed and I had to buy another one to continue to use the mower. When I complained about the lifespan of the batteries, Greenworks reminded that the small print on their site says the MOWER has a warranty of 3 years, but the batteries only 2 years. You might ask why the difference since the mower is useless without batteries. Ahh, it's because they are in the business of selling batteries and once you are on their platform what choice do you have but to buy batteries that cost 50% 0f the original product. Such a scam. I'm opting out and will buy another brand. You should seriously consider this too - buying batteries every 2 years is a waste.
My Experience with the products has been good.However, Greenworks customer service is the Worst!One of them was exceptionally argumentative and accusatory. Another, when I received a damaged product, tried to blame me! All of this points to Bad Management.If you buy a product from them, Don't Go Down the Whirlpool of trying to achieve reasonable customer service from Greenworks. It does not exist; there is only a toxic Soap Opera!!
80 volt blower, Self destructed when a manufacturing defect caused the impeller to explode breaking the plastic fins and projecting the pieces into my arm and face. The defect is a rubber motor cushion the manufacturer uses to isolate vibrations from the motor to the housing. Greenworks will not stand behind thier product even though this is a manufacturing defect entirely outside of the consumers control. The reason for tool replacement refusal was because I did not buy the product directly from Greenworks.com. I will never buy Greenworks products and will take the loss and sell the rest at the next garage sale for pennies on the dollar. Bad product, bad customer service, excuses are what is offered to the customer.
