I love my navy blue boots! Very high quality, thick, soft leather! The customer service was very helpful when I was trying to purchase this item using my discount, and the website didn't recognize it, I called customer service and they were so helpful, and handled it there on the phone. Thanks!

I love the design

I love the designs and I always buy cotton or linen clothes so I have not had the experience of other customers. Occasionally the sizing is a bit imaginative but I have only had to return one item.

Update on my recent review

Following my recent review where I gave one star because I ordered a coat on 12th October and was sent a coat 3 sizes too large in a style I didn’t order. I returned it, but it was returned to me unopened. I then had to wait a month for a return address and was required to pay the postage. After numerous phone calls and emails I finally received a refund (6 weeks after my order) of £323.60 although I paid £332.00. I had to pay £5.40 postage to return the coat, which is a total of £13.89 which I am still owed. I have been told they are unable to refund the balance, but offered a voucher of £15 as compensation. This actually amounts to £1.20 compensation - but only if I make another purchase.

Very pleased with all my purchases!

Before one of my last orders, I heard there were very negative reviews online, so came to take a look. I was surprised, puzzled, and worried that something had changed - I'd had nothing but good experiences years ago. I asked friends, and they assured me that they'd had nothing but many good experiences, so I went ahead and ordered. I was relieved and delighted when my orders arrived, and I can't say enough about how pleased I am - beautiful clothes, good quality, quick delivery, and responsive customer service when I had a question and again when I had to return something that was quite nice but just didn't particularly suit me well when I tried it on. I've ordered several things since then and always get compliments on them. I've heard that there are phony websites that are representing themselves as the real one - so I can't help but wonder if that might be the problem. Be careful to check the web address meticulously to make sure it's the right one.

Deceitful

I placed a large order and was not told until it arrived that one time was on backorder--It was for a particular occasion. I spent a long time choosing. The back ordered item meant it would be too late to wear it for the occasion, and the outfit was incomplete without it. Really deceitful practice, and no concern from customer service.

Je suis sûre que la vraie entreprise Gudrun Sjoden est honnête. Seulement, il y a un faux site dont l'URL est gudrunsjodenssvip. Ils m'ont volé 100 euros. J'ai été attrapée par une pub sur Facebook. PS I also contacted Facebook and asked to be reimbursed for the fake ad. After all, they are collecting ad revenues from these bandits. But Facebook refuses to take action to protect consumers. Perhaps Gudrun should put some pressure on them as well, because this is giving your company a bad name.

Swedish Gem you will love, if you like something different

I stumbled across the reviews for Gundrun Sjödén I was really surprised to find such negativity. my experience with this brands has been nothing less than perfect. I am in Australia and I found this brand 15 years ago when in Sweden. Fell in love from then, the quality I find great as all the products I have bought are 100%cotton, they was well, and the colours are bright and happy. Must admit the sizing can be a bit hit and miss, but if you use the size chart and read if the garment is a loose fit, etc you can pretty much get it right, if not no matter. I get to return/exchange or refund without a problem, perfect. I find the online customer service brilliant someone always responds within a day or two which, I except, due to the time zone difference. I have bought shoes which are comfortable and different to what is available here. The tights are a fantastic quality they don’t tear easily, which is a change. The sandals are made for walking.I am extremely happy with my products, most recent purchase the anemone knit 100% wool,a dress 100% cotton and a top 100% cotton , and again a lovely weight. They are expensive yes, but with that you get free returns and exchanges, and I find the quality is good. So what’s not to love.

Gudrun Sjoden--natural fibers and fair value

My first purchase was in 2020. I fell in love with the attention to detail, the natural fibers, and that many products are made from different countries and not just China. I am comfortable all day wearing their clothes and shoes. I was looking for a layered, boho look, and this was what drew me in. I have had no problems with their customer service. Follow them on Instagram if you want to be inspired by their many loyal customers.
