It's been enlightening, the BP testing Doctors do is strange, in office, the white coat syndrome, Monitoring it constantly has given me a more through understanding of BP rhythms. In the end, along with reading about various studies it has allowed me to make an informed decision. My doctor would recommend medication based on my in office testing, your monitor, unless it is unreliable says otherwise.

The concept is good for someone like me who has high blood pressure. The accuracy appears true and I have compared with a normal BP Monitor. I didn't like the silicone strap and it iritated my wrists. I replaced it with a nylon one which is so much more comfortable.I like that the monitor is attached to the cuff, however, I have quite big arms, so its a struggle to fasten and take a reading. Fortunately, this only needs to be done monthly.Overall, I am reasonably impressed, but do not think it is worth the price I paid. Unfortunately, I am unable to return because it is a medical device and can only be returned if it is faulty. Buyers beware, there is no "try out" period. If I could, I would return.
