Very easy to use website, good follow up and chocolates delivered earlier than promised, well packaged and delivered by someone who could actually find us, which shouldn't be that difficult but seems to be for most of the delivery companies. If only all online shopping was as easy, life would be a lot less stressful.
Was delivered earlier than stated date Was left at front door even though there was someone at home Was purchased as an Easter gift therefore extremely disappointed with service Packaging was damaged so hopefully egg inside will still be intact Maybe Hotel Chocolat should consider a different courier?
My items were delivered fine. But it was delivered via Amazon. I paid a lot for a delivery £5! It was delivered to the wrong address. I then had to spend my time trying to search where my item was as it was left outside a neighbors door. I wasted a lot of time trying to find it. Very disappointed as the delivery charge is so high compared to other online places. And then it was delivered to the wrong place.
