falsley advertises hotels

falsley advertises hotels. And then when you point out the issue, sneakily updates the description. Acting like it was never there. Used four times, everytime something in the description about the hotel is not true. One time they said it had a gym, it did not. Support is terrible.

Total rip off

Total rip off. Hotel Tonight charges a higher rate than their competitors for the worst room (smallest, dirtiest, etc) in the house. They claim to have the best deals but you can find cheaper rates from Hotels.com, Booking.com, or just looking on Google. Customer support is not helpful. Book directly with the hotel to get a decent room or at least use one of their competitors to get a cheaper rate.

Incompetent

Tried to book a hotel through them online and an error message popped up saying I needed to call them. I called and they couldn't book me over the phone either, they then wanted me to email them to try and book the room. As if! I looked elsewhere and booked on booking.com instead, which was super easy and the same price. Don't book with these idiots.

TOTAL RIP OFF Booked hotel through hotel tonight and was charged $85. When checking in I signed a recipient showing they were only charged $69.50. I sent a picture to hotel tonight and this was there reply. Hello D,Thanks for booking with HT and I appreciate you getting in touch with us about the receipt you were given at the WoodSpring Suites Signature Clearwater. I checked with them and the fact that you have been presented this erroneous receipt was a billing issue on their part. The rate you paid on HT was, indeed, the lowest rate available. The front desk agent confirmed to me that the rate available that night through the hotel directly would have been much higher than the rate you got with HotelTonight. I'm sorry for the confusion, and I'll be following up with the hotel's management team to make sure this doesn't happen again. Stayed at a hotel driving across the…

Stayed at a hotel driving across the country. I arrived at 10:30pm to a clogged toilet, clogged sink, and dirty tub. Being too tired to ask, I followed up in the morning (6am) and asked some sort of consideration as I had no other choice (the night before) and was denied. Offered pictures, escort to the room, etc and nothing. Hotel tonight did nothing and did not care when I explained this did not align with their review for the property. Shame on them.

Bankrupt customer service

Booked a room with a following day instead of today's date because of default set up. Called customer service right away for correction and they denied to make any change even though it's an error. Spoke to supervisor and same response that they dont make any change even through it's an error. Can a company survive with such a hawkish approach towards customers? I guess no. No business or website can last unless it has some responsibilities towards customers and this website management is ethically bankrupt in terms of customer service. Very short term attitude! As a customer I consider it as a dead business.

TRASH - will never use again

They have the default payment as Apple Pay so if you accidentally click, you have now booked a room you may not have wanted - this is what happened to me. When I called them right after, it took 30 mins to get through. Once I did, they then told me to call Expedia which didn't get anything solved. This is such a skeezy company and I will NEVER use them again. No one else should either. They claim that I "did not call within 3 business days" to dispute it, meanwhile, i called as soon as I accidentally booked. Absolute trash and disgusting.

charged twice, customer care really bad

it's been a couple of time I get charged twice, one from them, once from the hotel. their customer care is a mess and i have to waste all my time to dispute a transaction. not serious people.

Danger Danger Danger Beware!!!!!!Scammers!!!!! 🛑🛑🛑🛑I wish I had read the reviews before booking a reservation through them, everything said on here is absolutely true. They are a disaster and dangerous company. They steal your money, aren't willing to work with you and have the Worst attitude, very argumentive. I could not get two words in, they talk and talk and talk and I have spoke to over 10 of their respresentatives trying to get my refund for a business meeting cancellation. They are build on scamming people. The representatives are not trained at all, please beware and don't take chances. Do Whatever it takes to not go through them.It is not worth it!!!!! They have no skills, all of them interrupted me everytime I went in to speak and are very defensive.I will continue to spread the word until I shut them Down. The website dosen't let me put zero stars so I had to choose one to write this review. Still didn't get my money back.

Fake apps, please don't use this app, please don't use this app. my friend reserved a hotel using this app with her girlfriend, they went to that hotel, the servicer didn't have room for them, they called the customer service and said it is non-refundable
