I'd like to give it 0 stars

I'd like to give it 0 stars. Having been a previous customer, with pleasant experiences, I was very disturbed by how my family and I were treated on our visit to Milton Keynes on 06-10-17. We arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic on the M1 and went through the registration process (as instructed to do so on previous visits). When we got to the desk, still a good 40 minutes before our flight time, we were told we had missed the briefing session by a couple of minutes and we weren't allowed to slip in. One of our 3 flyers was a novice and so was told couldn't fly but the other 2 could. Then we were offered the 3rd person could fly on her own at a later time - a 13 year old girl with complete strangers? I don't think so! It was supposed to be an activity for all kids to do together. There was no flexibility in the staff; there was ample time for the briefing, they just were on a power kick and so unhelpful. I was given the manager's email address as no-one there could do a refund (???), not even the manager on duty. I emailed as soon as I got home - after a 3 hour, 160 mile wasted round trip. 4 days later - not even a courtesy acknowledgment of my email. I would avoid this company like the plague - in my opinion, the service is sub-standard; they do not care about their customers and have absolutely no interest in being helpful, despite being told repeatedly they did have some flexibility. We certainly saw no evidence of this.

Great Fun

HiHad a great day out with my two children aged 9 and 13. The staff at Milton Keynes were really friendly, and whilst they do charge you a little extra for going higher, I would still do it.The venue is good too, as there are plenty of resturants nearby so you can really make a day of it.Martin
