Review Time
I didn’t have any dispatch emails or tracking numbers to let me know my order was on its way. I contacted the help page no response. Items finally arrived and the materials stunk of fish 🤮. Tried to create a return, the returns page doesn’t work. Awful awful awful online shopping experience. Will never buy from them again
Corinne was very helpful & fast acting. I send a message about my return as I had heard nothing through emails. She organized my return very promptly. The money has not yet returned to my account but hopefully soon. As I know that can take a few days.
I have been trying to return and order to ITS for a week now to no avail. Returns portal has been “down” the entire time and I have had no responses to my emails or Instagram messages. Looking into this further it would appear that Im not the only one experiencing this with ITS which is concerning as these people also all seem to be being ignored!! Surely they can’t be getting away with this?!?! Where is the “customer service” and why have ITS essentially just decided to ghost their clients? Retuning items is a customer right and I will not be held accountable for going over the 14 day period due to the issues rising from ITS. If anyone from ITS does in fact read this review I would appreciate as response and a resolve to the matter - as i’m sure many more people would as well!Awful - feels like a complete scam!
I purchased x2 dresses in different sizes. I tried to return using In The Styles return link. I was advised by customer service due to the there being a fault in their system they would not be generation return labels on behalf of the customer. This was now my responsibility to pay the full cost of the return (not the £2.50 stipulated with their terms and conditions). I have escalated my complaint, chased several times to be ignored. They do not adhere to their own terms and conditions and refuse to accept responsibility of their own systems failures resulting in the customer being left out of pocket.
I've purchased from In the Style many times over the past few years however I placed an order on 5th March which I still haven't received. I have emailed twice to get the same response that my parcel has been dispatched but tracking unavailable. I have sent a message on Instagram with no reply. Not sure how they are getting away with accepting orders without fulfilling them.....and the clothes I have ordered are now advertised at 50% off. They can update their website but not their existing orders/customers?So frustrating I really need this order before 20th March!!
Places an order 2 weeks ago. Received the confirmation email, but my order still hasn’t been dispatched. Judging by the other reviews and comments they seem to taking payments/orders from customers but not sending the orders out?! How can they be getting away with this?
Would have been 0 stars for In the Style, except for Ariana’s help in getting my orders returned and refunded for me. It was a very stressful situation regarding 3 different orders for my bridesmaid dresses and getting different information from different members of staff. Two of my orders never arrived. After over a week of getting different information from different people about my orders, I eventually got the money refunded for both orders. I will not order from inthestyle again, which is a shame as I already have 2 of my bridesmaid dresses, but I wanted to thank Ariana for her help, as by the end of the week Ariana got all of this sorted for me, so 5 stars for Arian but do not recommend buying.
Received order, unable to return it as the returns portal doesn't work on their website. No response from several emails I've sent. Read they've gone bankrupt so save your money and DON'T place any orders with them. Can't believe they've still got their website up and running, still taking people's money.
Looks like we have all been scammed with the same thing! I placed an order on 4th March. Never received a dispatch email or any tracking details. I contacted them and ‘Dan’ replied saying their tracking system is down, keeps saying that it was dispatched on the same date that I placed the order which is rubbish as it was after 4pm that I placed the order, and I should wait a bit longer. Clearly a stalling technique! Now won’t issue a refund. I paid with Klarna so hopefully I can raise a dispute with them and get it refunded. DO NOT ORDER!!
I read these reviews after I realised the portal was down. I can safely say my return was received and so was my money. I bought 4 different bridesmaid dresses which sadly didn't fit well. The dresses were too long but they were gorgeous. Corrine and Beth responded to me via email and Instagram quickly considering they probably have so many emails after sadly the company went into administration. I hope this all resolved for the company mainly the people who work there as they were polite quick and responsive. Thank you for being prompt wish the workers all the best.
