Do not order

Always ordered from here, recently ordered and over 4 days later items still haven’t been despatched and no answer from customer service. They are quick to take your money, but very poor at sending out goods at the moment. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Awful experience from start to finish

I posted a review previously but I want to post another to reflect my whole experience. I ordered £250 worth of items on 5.3.2025 and used standard delivery 3-5 days, I did not receive any dispatch or tracking information. On 10.3.25 I reached out via the customer service portal to get an update. They responded and asked me to give it a couple of days and the items have been dispatched. By 15.3.25, there was still no items. I was emailing, marking emails as urgent but got absolutely 0 reply. The items were finally delivered on 18.3.25, conveniently in the style then replied on 19.3.25 to say items were delivered. I replied with a negative review of the service. Then came trying to process a return. Again, conveniently, the returns portal was ‘down’ so I was asked by customer service to send my items back and pay for my own return. I did ask for this to be refunded, this was refused because ITS don’t do free return, there’s a £2.50 admin fee however my return wasn’t £2.50. I sent it tracked as at this point I lost all trust with the company and saw plenty of reviews where people were waiting weeks/months for refunds. The return cost me £8.50!! ITS refused to refund me.I sent the items back, after a week, no response or acknowledgment. Then after 10 days, klarna processed the return as I got proof of postage and that ends the journey. The only thing I can say is thank GOD I used klarna and got proof of return as without that, I would be £208.50 down and ITS couldn’t care less. The whole process from order to refund has taken over a month. The customer service is appalling, they take days/weeks to reply and are not willing to help customers at all. I find it hilarious how they’re replying to reviews, even mine, claiming there’s been no contact received via their customer service! I can tell you now, I sent 8 emails, DM via twitter (no response at all) and a 2 DMs over Instagram. I truly feel for all the staff whose jobs are impacted however the service needs to stop operating. The stress, treatment of customers and financial implications on customers is shocking. I will not be ordering from ITS again and I have told all friends and family not to as well.Such a shame as ITS used to be an excellent company! How the mighty have fallen…

A company clearly gone downhill

Always ordered from In the Style, never had an issues but clearly what's going on there is now affecting customers as well as the poor employees. Placed an order for an item for a funeral on Monday during office hours, had next day delivery. However 2 days later and it's not even been dispatched and no communication from customer services on email or Instagram.

Please never order from ITS!!!

As with many others recently I have placed an order but have had no communication since despite emailing several time. Quick enough to take the money but then cannot fulfill the order. Have used many times before but did not realise all the issues that are arising. Please never order even if you are a repeat customer they are not fulfilling orders and just taking peoples money

Useless waste of time and money

I’ve been using Inthestyle for years with little to no issues. I placed an order on 05.03.2025 and still nothing. Chased customer services and then got an order update email but not yet dispatched. Placed another order on 07.03.2025 and again nothing have chased and nothing again. I also have the benefit of free next day delivery but they no longer have this as an option what is going on?

Ordered over £90 worth of items on the…

Ordered over £90 worth of items on the 5th March. Have contacted customer service who replied asking for my order number which I have done and still no reply or update as to where my items are. Very concerned I won’t get my items and not only that I needed them for my birthday Sunday so very disappointed I haven’t received them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM IN THE STYLE !!!I ordered some items over two weeks ago - they were supposed to arrive within 3 days, didn’t receive until nearly a week later. Once received the fit was rubbish so have been trying to return them - the returns portal doesn’t work and customer service doesn’t respond. Absolutely disgusting.

1 week later order not even been shipped

Ordered 4th March over £80 worth of products and order hasn’t even been shipped. Very dissapointing first and last time shopping with Inthestyle!Edit to reply to response, I have forwarded the email (which would have been very easy to find) to Rebecca and still had no response. Another member of the ITS team responded to say they cannot provide tracking details due to a technical error. Not sure what technical error would cause them to be unable to provide tracking details from an external provider. Will never use again and have logged a chargeback with my bank.

DO NOT USE

Used in the past with no problems but now can’t return a hideous pair of jeans and no one will respond to emails. Knowing what I know now where they have ripped off collaborators the jeans are now in the bin as wouldn’t even give away for free they are that bad. Avoid using if there is a chance you need to return. I will never use again!
