Absolute terrible customer service I have gone back and forth for weeks trying to get a refund I was entitled too doing everything they could not to refund me and im not name shaming the colleague but they really couldn’t of cared less for helping me and give me the run around for weeks to the point I won’t be shopping at in the style ever again. But then I got a lady called Ariana who listened to me and responded quickly and solved my issue straight away and she was amazing. If only I had her at the first point of contact my experience would have been so much better! Thankyou Ariana ⭐️
Placed an order on 3rd of March and apart from a confirmation email to confirm my order I have heard nothing.I have now emailed 4 times and sent a message through instagram, all of which have been ignored.Extremely disappointed and frustrated
DO NOT ORDER. I have used ITS for years but something has clearly happened over the last couple of weeks as I am in the same boat as many others I didn't receive an order number and therefore cannot return my item I have contacts customer services three times. I am now reading that their staff and collaborators haven't been paid and people either cannot return orders or are not receiving them big red flag for the future of in the style!!
1 star for ITS however 5 star for Corinne for realising that we are clearly all being scammed here and processing a refund for me. Thank you, thank you,thank you!!! It was 196e I was owed and caused so much stress as did not think would see the money again. For anyone else please try Insta and hopefully you get Corinne
When I tried to return a dress, the returns portal would not recognise my details. Contacted customer service via the contact form at least 3 times but no response. Finally got a response via instagram when I commented on a public post about it. A helpful person sent me a link to return which was straight forward enough. However, the link they sent still took off money for returning despite the absolute nonsense it took to return the item. Zero customer service skills and a poorly functioning company. First and last time using it.
I had a slight issue with one of my orders. I’ve ordered from in the style a few times and had no issues so I contact customer service via Instagram. I spoke with Corinne and she was the nicest most polite person ever! She got everything sorted for me and escalated everything so quickly! Thank you so much for your help Corinne I really appreciate it!
