When to St Helens store to look at a bed settee , not sure of colour but not brown or grey , not sure of style , but something that wasn't "obvoiusly" a bed settee. Greeted warmly by Sean and Lucy and offered help immediately . Offered great advice and had different options pointed out to us by Sean . Told that the one we were interested in was available in a choice of colours (inc. brown and grey) , we had the interest free credit explained to us and then were left to wander around . We asked a few questions to clarify things and then left to get lunch locally. We went back after half an hour or so and were welcomed back in . We asked a couple more questions and settled on our choice in a colour on another suite . Nothing was too much trouble for either Sean or Lucy . Excellent choice , excellent advice , just excellent. Thank you again to Sean and Lucy .
Joshua from the Stretford shop was really helpful and insightful when we visited looking for a sofa with my wife. He was quick to explain the different features of the models he showed us and answer all of our questions about their products. His politeness and approachable manner made the whole experience really enjoyable. Great firm overall, with large range of products as described on their website and social media. No hidden costs whatsoever!
My whole experience has been great from beginning to end. Huge choice of modern to traditional sofas. Helpful staff. My sofa was delivered today. Wasn't an easy delivery but Josh and his colleague Gary cheerfully persevered! Fantastic quality sofa for a great price. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. Great showroom with lots to see. Lucy was extremely helpful when we told her what we wanted . She showed us another suite that was in the warehouse and not in the shop. This was just what we wanted . She then sent us videos of it before it was packaged for delivery. Lucy was very efficient and knowledgeable about products. Lovely and polite person too. We love our purchase .

We are not a typical furniture store. In fact, we do virtually everything differently. We receive and process clearance stock from traditional retailers. Retailers send us clearance stock for many reasons. We receive photography samples, end-of-line stock, cancelled orders, customer returns and ex-display pieces. This stock is sorted, quality checked, photographed and uploaded to our website.
As our name suggests, we were founded in 2019 by Joseph and James. After leaving school at 18, they launched the company from a dilapidated basement unit in a Stockport mill with just 5 sofas.
The popularity of their discounted branded sofas and rapid delivery model facilitated strong growth. Joseph and James have always sought to do things differently from the incumbent outlets. This began by being the first furniture outlet to host a website which showed their live stock and was available to be ordered immediately by customers. Joseph and James don't wish to be just another furniture outlet, they want to be the biggest furniture outlet.
