This company is a scam

This company is a scamThey neither send you your order nor give you your money back. For a few days it seems that everything is going well because they send you a tracking number for the shipment and there are movements in it, but after a few days it stops and although at first they answer you when you complain, asking for patience, then they stop doing so.Is a scam

Success on Made in "USA"

Okay here is the deal: I was seeking to find my boyfriend a nice pair of boots for Christmas. I did NOT realize how difficult it would be to find made in USA. Most products say made in USA or imported. I could not chance ordering a boot & when it came say made in _____ (other than USA) Well I finally found this manufacturer who still makes some of their styles here in USA. So, after searching for days finall found a pair of boots made in USA. TY to Keen Boot co. Plus, I was able to find a boot within my price range. That is huge & great. So, thank you to Keen boot company. I hope he likes the boots as much as I was to finally get American made!

Amazing Warranty Claim Experience

I have owned many pairs of Keen's, but my latest pair of hiking boots began separating causing a breech in the waterproofing after 4 months. I filled out the online replacement form and, as instructed, replied to the claim confirmation email with the requested product photos. Within 5 days I received a credit for the replacement cost of the boots to use on their website. I ordered the replacement product, and it was delivered 3 days later. I have never had an easier experience with this type of claim.

Mixed Bag Newport H2 YES but Caci III ???

All shoes purchased from a local brick&mortar store... First pair of KEENs in 2022, Newport H2 ... best, most comfortable pair of summer walking shoes I've ever owned. Went back for a second pair (spring sale 2023), got a pair of Newport H2 and a pair of Caci III slip-ons that were and still ARE just wonderful. Noted that Caci III was not available at official KEEN website, local store ordered for me and I received two pairs of Caci III within two weeks. Silly me - I did not open the boxes right away and missed the return window :(The two new pairs of Caci III do not have the WALK insoles that my first pair did - they have thin, flat inserts that provide no support. They are also far larger and more roomy than the first pair, despite bearing IDENTICAL origin/manufacturer labels on the boxes. The soles (new Caci III) are rock hard and hurt my feet, even with brand new WALK insoles. UNWEARABLE :((Note: KEEN does not sell the WALK insoles from their website, and my local store does not stock insoles of any kind... I had to search far and wide...)Lesson learned, KEEN.

I purchased footwear

I purchased footwear, it never arrived, customer service is absolutely terrible, I just a series of poorly written bizarre messages. I had shoes from Keen before and loved them so it was v disappointing. I got mailed a tiny pair of sunglasses instead, I feel perhaps a scam company might be piggybacking on the actual website but I tried contacting the original company website also, they did not respond at all. My advice is don't buy online from them without communicating with them first.

Just Starting on My Third Pair

I am just starting on my third pair of Keen work boots. I wear them 365 days a year and work in an industrial environment among all kinds of foot hazards and chemical filth. All 3 felt light and active like a trusty old pair of cross-trainers, right out of the box. I am only replacing my Cincinnatis with Camdens because they're cosmetically beat to hell. Both prior pairs are completely serviceable and held in reserve. There was a minor defect on my most recent purchase and they express-shipped a replacement pair ahead of the defective return. Customer service was immediately responsive and completely met my expectations. I too am baffled by negative reviews of this company. The value for the money is just incredible accounting for the high quality and durability of their shoes. I am particularly pleased to support American manufacturing. Thanks, Keen team!

I trust the Keen brand!

I am baffled by the 1.5 rating. Have been using Keen for nearly 20 years - just bought some more this past Cyber Monday. They have always been excellent in every way. I have been using Newport H2 sandals since 2004 and various models of Targhee hiking shoes for 10+ years - with great success and no problems worth speaking of - the only one I can think of was laces being too long on one Targhee pair. I can only guess that people have been buying from fake “Keen” websites?

Atomic Footbed Will boil up your feet.

I have bought 3-4 pairs of the Newport Sandal over a period of 6-7 years all geat stuff, the last time I went into the same outdoor shop I have used for years i thought i would try a slightly non leather model, ( can't rember the exact model but it looked just the same as the Newport but with an Anatomic Footsole and manmade fabric straps, the sandal i have to say our brilliantly comfortable and are fine for Winter use ( who wares sandals in the winter ?!! ) as soon as the temperature rises your feet just boil up !! the sole must be the most unbreathable type of material i have ever come across in the shoe, You might as well ware a pair of wellies instead, dreaful design MR Keen !!
