Absolutely disgusting site, been trying to renew driving licence as nearly 70. I have a brand new passport, but can not be verified on this system. So stressed out and been at this since 3.45pm, it is now gone 6pm. Web site told me "It would the Quickest way to renew." Now apparently can go to a main Post Office taking a copy of a letter I had to Down Load.
As leaseholders in a small block of flat we are compelled by the leasehold agreements to be directors of a management company to maintain the property. This means every resident has had to try to negotiate the appalling identity verification process. We don't have the money to pay solicitors and lawyers to do this for us and some of the residents are not particularly IT literate. The process is appalling and constantly fails with at best ambiguous guidance on how to complete the process. Even if you've managed to do it the site sends you around in circles to find the damned verification number. We're also entirely sure that at some stage all the personal details and passport copies we've been forced to give them will be hacked. And the worst thing is they've just created an enormous burden for small businesses but will do absolutely nothing to catch the criminals.
The telephone verification category wouldn't accept either my home number (identifying it as VOIP), I might add is customary these days, as carriers continue phasing out analog landlines, or my cell. So, I sent an email, pointing out to them that telecom carriers began moving frm analog to VOIP over 5 or more yrs ago; moreover, any of my "public records" of the past decade wld contain former cell & hme numbers. And certainly they wouldn't be able to use that to verify me, correct? Well, I got the usual can verbiage back in their 2nd reply. So, my next move is to write them & demand that they remove whatever data of mine frm their friggin' database
Follow-up Review: Love Holidays’ Lack of Genuine Customer Service is UnacceptableI previously left a review regarding my holiday booking to Dubai with Love Holidays and was told a manager would contact me. Despite their claim, no meaningful communication has taken place. Yesterday, I was waiting by my phone the entire time, but no call came through. Instead, I received a voicemail from “Maya, a line manager,” saying they tried to call me but couldn’t get through. This is simply not true. It’s clear to me that Love Holidays is only going through the motions to appear responsive, with no real intention of addressing my complaint or resolving the issue. This kind of customer service is unacceptable from a company that handles people’s holidays and trust.I demand that Love Holidays properly respond to my concerns immediately and provide a real, direct conversation to resolve this matter. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect—not empty calls and vague messages. I will continue to share my experience until I receive the proper attention this situation requires.
I am not able to logon to my social security account. Login.gov process fails, saying it cannot validate my I.D. I have a PO Box mailing address and a physical home address. Social Security has my PO Box as my official address. But, my state driver's license has my physical location address (my state does not allow PO Box on driver's license). The public credit reporting agencies have my PO Box address, but not my physical address, because I have not applied for credit since moving to my new/current physical address. Apparently, the folks at Login.gov never anticipated such a situation. SS rep told me even they cannot login to my account. So, I get emails from SS saying I have a message to review, and to logon to my SS account to read the messages, since I've opted for electronic notifications. SS gave me a phone number for Login.gov support. No humans to speak to. Just computer-generated emails with instructions for troubleshooting the process at Login.gov that doesn't work. There needs to be human intervention sometimes. I have filed a complaint with my congressional representative. Things worked fine before Login.gov got involved with SS.
App looks good, scans you passport then your face, then you log onto the service and then no matter what it always says can't match the details we hold on you.The help line is useless same generic response contact DVLA, contact veterans helpline, it's one gov holding incorrect information and yes you've guessed it sorry we can't tell you what's wrong, looks like I'm sending multiple gdpa requests then, because guess what you can give me the information you hold on me because it's my information and clearly they have recorded it wrong. What a cluster
Wouldn't even give this 1% if I could. Just tried renewing my driving licence, an absolute farce and total waste of time even trying to log in - simply can't. It's quite frightening actually as the Gov wants to introduce ID cards, I've just been transported into the twilight zone with this Gov web site, who knows what will happen if you have a problem with an ID card.
Can't verify me via phone number, since I changed phone numbers recently. Can't verify me using USPS in-person because, after it successfully recognizes my drivers license and takes my photo, it says the information is invalid and refuses to go to the next step for in-person USPS validation. Same house for 29 years, same driver's license number for longer. This system is EXTREMELY POOR and there is NO WAY TO REMEDY PROBLEMS. NO HUMANS TO TALK TO. NO SOLUTION.
