One of the most frustrating experiences I've had. Just trying to get the Lic ID and face photo took 30 minutes of trying and then I just gave up

you can't get a letter of benefits from…

you can't get a letter of benefits from Social security.gov because it re directs you to login.gov. I took pics over and over of license and selfie and even though it said success and check it would come back and say retake. Site doesn't work. Even though your computer literate the site doesn't work. Website is sad and makes Social Security site sad.

SSA should be ashamed they hired this company

This is a terrible company that the SSA got to do their online account access. If you get a new cell number, you are in deep trouble. Their signup website can't handle that "little" problem and throws you out if it doesn't match what the old SSA website has on their records. Then, you can't use your desktop or laptop to sign up .... you have to use some stinking cell phone app and jump through a ton of hoops. Not worth it.

Zero customer service

Horrible interface, trying to verify my phone number but it won't verify anything. It's rife with technical issues and there is ZERO customer support. I'm required to use this crap to sign up for health insurance, but I can't do it because it is CRAP

Downloaded the id check app

Downloaded the id check app, nothing seems to work, can't scan chip on my residence permit. Keeps taking you back to where you've already been 10 times before, just repeating the same thing not actually getting anywhere. I think they truly just don't want to be contacted, this may as well be taken down because it's of no help at all only anger and frustration. Government can't even make a functioning website. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Thanks for nothing.

If your locking for good prices for mounjaro and I was I turned to YOUR MEDICALS, PLEASE STAY AWAY unless you dont want to see your money again, they do respond and give poor excuses to why they are taking so long to get my money back, after ten emails I turned to PayPal and they have 10 days to respond , I know many have suffered at their hands , I dont know how they are still running , it's been a horrible experience very stressful and upseting. Keep your money and look elsewhere. SHAME ON YOU YOUR MEDICALS.

How do we tolerate this…

How do we tolerate this totalitarianism? I cannot get into my Social Security account because of their poorly engineered software and there are no options available to me. This makes me consider moving to China where I am not played like I'm an idiot.

I used it only to set up an appointment at the Post Office for identity verification and that was easy. By the looks of the reviews I’m glad I took that route rather than preservers with the app.

If I could give iit a negative 10 I…

If I could give iit a negative 10 I would. I cannot log in because the phone number I originally used is no longer in service and Login.Gov says it cannot verify my identity. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Folks, just imagine the nightmare if you change banks . I called SS and they said it's a 3rd party entity so they have no idea how to fix the issue.
