I ordered platinum blonde hair clips for my daughter for her wedding. The first set arrived and they were beautiful. The second set still hadn’t arrived. I called customer care and talked with Trish. Trish listened, supported and acknowledged my concerns. I was very impressed by the customer care I received. Trish took it upon her self to resend the hair , Luxy hair extensions are amazing, and with the customer service I got also , I would definitely buy from Luxy hair again.
