Purchased a color that didn’t match my hair, I reached out to a virtual stylist and she worked with me by sending me samples not once but two separate times and gave advice on what color would match the best! She went above and beyond and if I could give a 10 star I would for the exceptional customer service!!!
Customer service at Luxy is ALWAYS accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Even when I haven't always been those things, they always remain so and highly professional. Their products are the best too, to me anyway as I've bought clip in extensions from everywhere and Luxy's have been hands down top notch in every category.
Lynn was amazing! Somehow my account took all the wrong turns, and my shipment was lost (mountain mail). She helped me track down the invoice, and was able to send me another package as I bought shipping protection before. This was a lifesaver, and so was Lynn!
