I was so excited to try Luxy hair extentions after seeing reviews and photos. Initially when I opened them they looked so soft and shiny. The moment I washed them they became a nightmare!! They are always so dry, in constant knots & breakage. I’ve only had them for 3 weeks! I have been wearing clip in extentions for years and I know how to take care of extentions but with these no matter how many hair masks, conditioner, or oils I did the quality of the hair remains horrible. I don’t enjoy having them on because within minutes I have balls of hair knots it’s SO frustrating! What a waste of money, now I have to spend double just to buy somewhere. Don’t waste your money.
Incredible Product / Amazing Customer Service!I started my search for something that would help my hair have more volume because it has thinned visibly since I gave birth to my last baby. I ordered the 16" seamless extensions and the 12" seamless extensions in Dimensional Beige. The product is beautiful. The hair is high quality, shiny, and gorgeous! The color was a perfect match! After receiving my product I had a couple questions for Customer Service and they were prompt and professional in their replies. They followed up to be sure I received the information I needed. They didn't close my query until I was more than satisfied with the answers. I've been showered with compliments about my hair. People are shocked to find out that I have extensions in because the color match is so exact. Thank you, Luxy! You are amazing! It is so much fun to finally have hair again. :)
Scammed me out of lots of $$ paid for extensions and have given me the run around in a series of emails. They don't have a phone # you can call. When I ask for a call, they act like they didn't see.I ordered extensions weeks ago and the package never came to my door. This has happened before in my townhouse development, but the online support advised I had shipping protection and to file a claim which I did.That team keeps denying me moving forward because I went to Florida like I do for the winter season. They're claiming I need a police report, well my local sheriff doesn't do online reports only in-person! When I explained this, Brindy gave the same repeat answer. Their online customer support advised that I didn't need a police report, so I'm getting two different stories and the situation not rectified at all. This was my first time ordering from them as I usually use a different company, and this experience has soured me and I've advised my salon colleagues as well.Dec 13, 2024 update: They responded and gave me a refund. I hope their future service improves with their shipping protection and I thank them for doing the right thing, so I added more stars. I recommend everyone be on top of shipment tracking during the holiday season with them!
I had a concern with the color of my recently purchased extensions. Trish was extremely helpful, provided me with information that helped me understand my concern. Then she very kindly offered me a discount on my next purchase, which I have already taken her up on! She has consistently provided superior customer service!! Much appreciated!
Hi! I’m trying to do an exchange. I originally paid for overnight shipping and would like for my exchange to be overnight as well, since that is what I payed for and I need them that soon!! When I do the exchange, it doesn’t give me the option to do this. Can someone contact ASAP so that I can issue my exchange? Thanks!
So far so good. I had an online appointment to ask questions and get a color match. Lynn took screen grabs of my hair and is going to speak with a color consultant and send colors for me to look at before I made a decision. I was torn about either getting the halo or the seamless extensions. She helped me decide what would initially work best for my hair. (Although I suspect at some point I will probably get both lol) The communication has been exceptional so far. It really reassures me that there is so much support for this.
