I missed my second flight because the first one (also operated by vueling) was late. It happens. However, there was no communication on their side of what to do next, it is impossible to reach a real person on the customer support. The customer support page in their website is an infuriating loop that gave no information for my case. Within the airport it was very hard to find someone who represented them, since it was someone from another airline who doubled for vueling. 7 months after, I'm still talking with f****g bots to get my refund. It does not matter how much more expensive the alternative is, I will never fly again with them, I rather walk.
We booked flights from Granada to Barcelona & from Barcelona to Manchester on the 19th of March. Vueling canceled the Barcelona to Manchester link & offered either a flight on the next day or a refund, but nothing for the connecting flight from Granada to Barcelona. We tried to contact Vueling by telephone & email, but it´s impossible. We complained via Resolver on numerous occasions over two months, but Vueling failed to respond. We made Vueling aware that we idealy wanted earlier flights but as a last resort a total refund. No response. Use Vueling as a last resort, if anything goes wrong, Vueling will not help, in fact, don´t use Vueling at all. Look at the amount of negative reports, that speaks volumes.
Awful company to try and get through to, bordering on impossible. If you change a huge part of someone's holiday you should make yourselves easily contactable. A shambles of a company, and would never use again with this situation
Worst experience ever when buying airline tickets.bought round trip flights to Barcelona for my boyfriend, son and I.First, they changed the journey home, which we accepted. Subsequently, they changed our departure, which we did not accept, as it would mean we would miss our entire first day at an expensive paid hotel.We therefore chose to cancel the return tickets to buy some new ones from a new company.It said we would get a full refund if the change was 5 hours or more. Furthermore, we had also paid for cancellation insurance.nevertheless, we received an email stating that we would only be refunded 1/3 of what we had paid. We chose not to raise objections because it still covered the amount which we had paid for the new tickets. But then we never heard again and never received the refund !!We have tried to write to everything that was possible: robot-like chats and emails - and even called what was supposed to be a customer service that not so surprising could not help us. Therefore, we chosed to seek out their physical customer service counter at Barcelona Airport, which immediately declined the inquiry and referred to one of the robotic chats again. So all in all, Vueling has quite simply stolen an amount for us. And A LOT of our time with no response at all. Do not understand that they can be allowed to continue their scam-like airline agency.We are now considering reporting them to the Appeals Board/‘Forbruger Europa’ which can proceed with the case.
If you want to enjoy your holidays, your flights will take place as scheduled and you deal with a reliable and customer friendly company. Vueling is the opposite, they cancel flights and customer service is not going to help you, they are so bad, they offer you an alternative flight that will be cancelled too. They lie about their compensation and they don't care about the expenses caused by the cancellation of their flights.Are you looking forward to your holidays, do you count on the airline company? Don't count on Vueling!
Impossible to reach the compay by telephone or mail. Had a direct flight to and from Palma de Mallorca, which they changed to two flights with stops in Barcelona and at times that did not suit me. I asked for at refund and got a message that they would refund me €169.96 but I paid DKK1.951.28 equal to €262.14 which gives a manco of €92.18. I don't know how to get in contact with Vueling and get my money back. Using my booking code gives me the answer that there are no booking?????
*Warning* do not ever book with this company! I NEVER WILL AGAIN!.We booked a flight with them from Italy to Barcelona where we have a connecting flight with another airline to bring us back to the uk, vueling emailed us to inform us they have changed our flight to a later time (2hrs later than original booking) which means we now miss our connecting flight!? There are no other flight time options for us-no earlier flights at all, and we can't change the day we fly back to the UK on either as we need to get back for children as well as having to pay to change our connecting flight? this company have told us we aren't entitled to a refund (even though they changed our original flight time not us) they have also said we aren't entitled to a voucher of any kind?. So they've basically changed our original booking so we miss our connecting flight and now we either have to pay to change our connecting flight (not possible) or just take the flight and stay in Barcelona forever?? I have been told well we only changed it by 2 hrs if this doesn't work we can't do anything else for you, thank you for your money and goodbye!. I've never heard of an airline being able to just change your flight at their convenience but not offer a refund if this new arrangement doesn't work. Please don't make the same mistake as we did, not a trusted airline and it seems they do this alot and never give a refund.
