We found a security tag on a jacket we bought at the M&S Bluewater store. The poor initial response from Customer Services when trying to resolve the problem made me angry and upset. No attention had been given to the fact we can no longer drive due to health reasons. I gave them a one star review. However, I asked Customer Services to refer my message to their supervisor and I must say how impressed we are with the service we received from Jonathan. He liaised with our local store at Hempstead Valley and they sent Ben to us who removed the offending item and I now have a happy husband who can wear his jacket on Friday, at our granddaughter’s excellence awards.
I've always liked M&S , friendly staff in their stores and I find their website very easy to navigate. Recently I ordered two items, one top was incorrect. I posted them back together but was refunded only for one.My issue is I can't find an email address or a contact number to ring about this issue. It's a maze of referrals, it's so frustrating and time consuming. Where do go for help????
M&S store employee made an 'instore online' order for me but when I went to collect she had ordered the incorrect item (confirmed by trainee staff member). Time sensitive purchase as I wanted to wear the joggers travelling next week. Luckily I opened the parcel while still in the store. I was shocked, annoyed and frustrated. The employee 'in training' was unable to process the refund and said 'sorry', His more experienced colleague processed the refund. There was no eye contact; no comment or apology: for me her attitude felt like 'I really couldn't give a hoot'. An offer to re-order was pointless when she confirmed it would not arrive in time for my trip. So my experience of customer service today, in Galway M&S, was non existent. As they say 'it's the manner not the matter'.
Nobody available in store to speak to .. condescending attitude, bring a person to your app who’s voice you recognise ( for what reason when never required). If you lose one hearing aid charged 2/3 of the total pair, daylight robbery x poor fitting of apparatus, even when mentioned at 2wk check… no wonder I lost the mentioned hearing aid..
I would never have ordered furniture from M&S if I knew what a shockingly bad service they provide. Order made on November 8th, delivery date of 13th November given. I'm still waiting! Being given excuses by their customer service. Never again!
I'm amazed at the negative reviews here because I've always had a great experience when ordering online to Ireland. Items always arrive in perfect condition and as advertised. Their children's clothes are really lovely and hard wearing. They have good deals on toiletries too. I've never used postal returns and have only returned items in the shops so can't comment on that.
A hostile shopping experience security called by antoinette because I complained, then called the manager Niamh called who told me if I didn’t like it to shop somewhere else. Mands used to the top for food and service they are now the worst by far. They seem to have lost track of how commerce works, but they are due to close down in Ireland so they probably don’t care
wish I culd give them 0 stars. I am so disappointed and angry. I sent my daughter-in-law flowers when she was ill last week. Cost £35. The scruffy bunch that turned up were almost dead nothing like the blooms I chose, I would have been embarrassed to give them away for free. Should have been 17 sterns of white roses and other beautiful flowers as advertised on their website. She got half a dozen wilted nondescript different coloured weeds. Marks and Spencer are an absolute disgrace. I've tried ringing their complaints department, but they don't answer. Can't find an email address to write to. Will NEVER buy anything from Marks and Spencer again.
Truly dreadful! I ordered my son’a Christmas Gluten Free food hamper on 2nd November for delivery yesterday, 23rd December but have now just received an email from Marks and Spencer to say it will arrive next working day I.e AFTER Christmas! As this a hamper for Christmas food for someone who is Gluten Intolerant, it will now be received far too late. Absolutely rubbish “SERVICE”(!!!) from Marks and Spencer so will never use again.
