I wanted to order a celebration cake

I wanted to order a celebration cake. I checked the Marks and Spencer's website yesterday and today. The information states you can order and collect cake in three days, get it by 21st December. I tried to order the cake which I needed for 22nd December but the earliest date offered was 30th December! I tried to contact customer services to complain but there was no email option. I phoned the Customer Services phone number on website but it did not work! I think the company needs to seriously look into keeping their website information up to date and not mislead customers! I am angry and very disappointed!

The slow cooked turkey joint for 6 is poor value.

Today we purchased a slow cooked turkey joint (serves 6) £37. However once we opened the box we was truly dissatisfied. We made an observation to M&S saying if the box had had a clear cover we doubt people would buy it. Also saying if that was the only joint they had for 6 people they would struggle. However, M&S listened and sent a voucher for the cost + a bit extra straight away.

What has happened to M&S

What has happened to M&S. Absolutely dreadful customer service and consistently DELAYED online orders. What used to be a great store to shop in has now definitely lost my custom.

Products ok but they use EVRI to…

Products ok but they use EVRI to deliver which is absolutely hopeless. They never deliver on time and say you were out ( when you were definitely in). So many wasted hours waiting at home for failed deliveries.

Sheets with no wrapping arrive dirty…

So sheets with no wrapping arrive dirty - seriously. Get some recycle plastic ! I just hope it comes out in the wash ( if it doesn’t ? What then) my nearest store is 50 miles away and the delivery already took a long time so I don’t want hassle of returning- BUT I won’t buy anymore now! Sad as I used to love Marks Oddly M&S asked for a review but I could only review one (!) of my items . I tried to return to review another item. Computer said No ……. So the sheet review is here !

Online ordering not fit for purpose - sort it out already!!

Second attempt in 2 weeks to order online. I get to the order page OK, then it just lags. Twice I've managed to submit payment details but the item has, sold out in the meantime or 'there was a problem processing your order'.I wish they'd be transparent about PayPal too - it's not possible to use it on their website, although the link is there.The option to give feedback provides a phone number, which is of no use to me, so I'm leaving this second review.

refuse to accept undated vouchers worth £40, went online to complain, started a complaint, then it demanded £1 to continue. This is out and out fraud and the manager made no apology and refused to issue a credit note
