Genuinely impossible to cancel my contract. Having had to call, send proof that I was leaving the country, a lettre de résiliation, the cheek to then ask for a « demande explicite » which I then sent and after all this my contract was still not cancelled, radio silence and then of course still received a bill for the next month. It should be illegal to make the method to cancel a contract this complicated. On top of this Free do not have an email address to contact whatsoever so it is impossible to discuss with anyone unless you phone. Horrible service.

I have been their customer for two days and i am already regretting it. My sim card doesn't activate i left three messages on their customer service line and they don't answer. Things are getting off to a rough start i would say.

Worst company ever, I lived in France for a year and had the free mobile without contract the whole time, when I left France I was smart enough to close the bank account associated with the free payment, because even after I had done all the passages to cancel my subscription (steps that are insane for a non-contract offer) they still charged me for 2 months. Having closed the bank account the payments were all rejected, so they cannot take money from me anymore, but they keep sending me emails asking for those threatening to cancel my contract, which is literally my objective from the beginning, and still haven't. I called their customer service 5 times, use the whatsapp service even more times, sending all the documents proving I left and sent the letter, nothing has changed. If you're insane enough to go live in france with all its stupid bureaucracy, stay as far away as possible from this company.
In a nutshell, really bad network coverage. Even worse than using an MVNO sadly.I'm really sad about this since I switched to free mobile because the data rates and offers seemed more decent that other french carries these times. I guess I got what I paid for. The network coverage is horrible. I tried the SIM on my main phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro) then my second phone thinking something was wrong with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9+).Data not working just randomly, signal drops, phone calls not stable. It's a disgrace especially when you think that the 19.99€ offer is really appealing.I'm sorry but I don't recommend at all.I endured two weeks of bad experience. I'm switching to my old carrier.

Traveled abroad. Tuurn on my mobile right after landing. During taxiing, two alerte for 40 and 60€. Then SIM re-initializes. Result, 60€ invoice, no detailled explanation from CS. Restricted access to my Customer app. Am invited to... 'write à letter'. Check-in the Internet, It seems like abusing travelers with 'questionable' usage/invoices is common commercial practice.... be warned!
