Worst services and worst workers

Worst services and worst workers. They are just for time pass. When u want to buy sim it’s too easy and very sweet attitude . But when it comes to service and problems after buying sim then their whole attitude and service are like we getting their service for free. Worst workers every time I visit free sim workers. This company doesn’t deserve even a 0 number. It’s. Worthless. Be careful before subscribe for this free fraud

Don't touch this company with a barge…

Don't touch this company with a barge pole!From start to finish, a terrible experience. The installation was a month late and 100€ more than quoted. I've had a random bill for 400€ raised in error. Free also charged me 50€ for a charge I didn't owe and they even sent me an email confirming I didn't owe it. Their customer service team does answer the phone but apparently what they agree to doesn't seem to get implemented or entered into the system. I'm still trying to resolve issues 3 months later...

I cancelled my contract with them in December 2020, when I changed operators, the process was smooth and I assumed all was good.I have received no Facture via e-mail since the last one in December when my contract was automatically cancelled when I took my number to my new operator.Had I not checked my bank, I would not have seen the continued monthly charge of €30 which I assumed is from renting the Mobile still (of which I do not use!)I recieved no contact from them, with a request to return the phone, or if I wished to return the phone.Their Customer Support site is utterly terrible, no option to contact them via e-mail or via support ticket/webchat only phone, while I can speak French, I do feel comfortable doing so via phone (phobia due to working in Customer Support myself for several years).Requested my Bank to Block the SEPA payment.
