Do not go anywhere near this company!

Do not go anywhere near this company. As others have said, they are crooks and their customer service is appauling! The data deals they offer look attractive but their connctivity is very poor and unreliable. We arranged everything in store, but they somehow managed to get our address wrong and now it is impossible to change! Changing for a better company...Update:We eventually had to drive to our nearest store (60km away) to update our address details. The staff there pretended not to speak english but eventually decided to, stating that it was company policy not to!We paid for two new sims and were advised that we should be able to get a refund.I took their advise and sent the receipts to Free mobile and got a response from them saying that since we decided to purchase the sim cards in store Free mobile would not be able to issue a refund!I though I would take the time to break down our experience as a warning to anyone considering becoming a Free mobile customer:I ordered 2 new lines at the biginning of September, paid for both and paid for the Sim cards to be delivered to our address. Unknown to me, the address that we had set up in the store with a member of Free mobile staff was incorrect. The sim cards never arrived. After a week had gone by, I contacted Free mobile who informed me of teh address problem. It was impossible to change the address over the internet and via this Twitter exchange, no matter how much proof I sent them, I was just told to be patient. After 3 weeks, we decided to update our address in store (60km away). We have never received the Sim cards by post. Free mobile still think it is okay to charge for this. We have not been able to use the new lines for 3 weeks and have still been charged for the service!

Worst Worst Worst service for…

Worst Worst Worst service for cancelation of subscription. Free mobile France is the worst service because they will take forever to cancel the sim card when even if you have left the country permanently and continue charging money even when the sim is not in use. I have send 2 letters of resiliation and called 100 times to demand the cancel of my number but it is still active.

Horrible experience with Free…Never go with them

Horrible experience with Free mobile.fr. I was using free mobile with fibre box for 2+ years. I have to move out of france due to my work. So i surrendered the box and latter i send the terminate letter to cancel the mobile subscription. (Which is usually a AR(ack) letter). I received back an ack that they got the letter. But my bank account is continuously detected for the subscription fee. I contacted customer care via fb as i am not in France could not reach from other country. (No one will pickup the call). CS in Fb said, they stricked out the letter , you need to send another letter. (I really dont know what they mean.. what hell! How come they have thrown the letter just like that) . As i am not in france, letter from another country is costly..almost 1 year subscrption fee ) . Again contacted CS in watsapp, she/he acknowledged and told she terminate the contract. (3 months gone) but it also not happened till now. I could not stop from my bank as well.

Terrible service, never go with free

Terrible service, ordered a phone which was supposed to arrive in 5 days. After 5day the status still showed it was not even in preparation to be shipped, when I called to cancel the whole thing, they didn't want to and told me to be patient and to wait another WEEK. Next day I was supposed to leave for 2 months. They were very quick to take the money but not so quick to do their part of the contract. I don't appreciate that way of doing business and will be looking into resolving this with a legal help.
