Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling, DO NOT USE !!! I have now waited 2 months for wifi, and am still not connected, impossible to call them either, they hang up. To top it all I have a Bill for over €100 for the pleasure.

The F**king Worst

While in France, I experience card fraud and had to get a new debit card. Looking more closely at my bank statements, I realized Free was charging me almost double the agreed upon price but was willing to look past it for convenience. Then they wouldn't allow me to update my card information. Tried canceling the service but there's no way to cancel except by mail (as others have pointed out). My SIM card became useless and they are still charging me. Save yourself the headache.

They don't speak english

They don't speak english. When I subscibed they told me that there is no problem to cancel the subscription but when I went to cancel (because the next day I was leaving France) they told me that to do so I had to send a physical letter (we are in 2020) saying "I don't want the number anymore". The second option they told me was to stop paying and after a couple of weeks there would have been an automatic cancelation of my number. Well guess what, it wasn't true so I had to pay for 3 months that I didn't use the phone

Very hard to reach them on the phone

Very hard to reach them on the phone. They have no 24/7 helpline and even during their working hours only the voice mail gives you instructions so no instant personalized solutions in case your internet is not working, which happens annoyingly often during lockdowns. Perhaps if I send them a raven, my problem will be fixed sooner than if I keep trying to reach them.
