Appaling service.I tried to terminate my mobile number contract, and they refuse to communicate the address to which you have to send the letter to do so. You can't terminate your contract by phone, email or message. It's utterly a shame that it is so complicated to terminate a contract - whereas it should be a consumer's right to do it as easily as possible.

If ZERO STARS would be an option, Free Mobile absolutely deserves that. This company seems alright but once you go on board, it is a complete nightmare. Suddenly none of the staff is able to speak English, suddenly the will to help you out has disappeared and you are left in desperation. I wanted to end my contract months ago, but they did not let me. They sent me away in the store, they screamed to me over the phone and they sent me back to another useless phone call in the chats. When they know that you are a foreigner, they make zero effort and do absolutely nothing that could possibly help you out. As I was not able to stop my 2€ contract for months, I declined the payments on my end. This resulted in getting mails from the CFR willing to start a judicial conviction against me if I did not pay within 15 days. Free Mobile does not know what service is, they only care about your money. Stay away, please - ESPECIALLY when you are not a native French speaker ;)

I removed the automatic payments from the Bank because I was no longer going to pay for something that I did not use 6 months ago, and I received emails from another debt collectors company allied to Free, where they indicated that I should catch up on payments now, Currently I am still trying to cancel the account without positive results. NEVER USE FREE, IT'S THE WORST
Never ever think of buying mobile connection from free. They are just behind your money. My connection was terminated in February but still receiving bills in July.Even one star is like people are doing favor on them.Better go for another subscriber to avoid these problems.

Free Mobile are appalling. My wife and I had to leave France due to COVID-19. We booked the flights three days in advance and did not have time to cancel our subscriptions. Once we arrived back in our home country we tried to cancel our services. I emailed them several times and never received a reply. I then contacted them on Facebook. They replied on Facebook, but said that the only way for me to cancel was by calling them. I said this was not possible for me since I don't speak French and don't want to pay international call fees. They couldn't care less. They didn't care about the difficult situation I'm in due to COVID-19. I am still having to pay fees and have not worked out how to cancel my subscription. DO NOT GET A FREE MOBILE SERVICE. THEY WILL MAKE IT HELL FOR YOU TO CANCEL.
