Terrible service, i have tried canceling my subscription for 6 months, i have followed every step i was advised. Because my french was limitrd i visited the store in Marseille and "luckily" one of the employees had brilliant english, i was told to come back to the store when i needed to end the subscription so they could assist me. When i then visited the store to cancel it because i was leaving France, i was told to call a specific number and that they would sort it out, I made more than 30 calls without a single answer in the space of 2 weeks, all in the opening hours of the phone line. After i finally got an answer and found somone who spoke english i was told that i had two option, it was either to send a letter( a fricking letter to a phone company?? Welcome to the 20th century ) or cancel my automatic payments through the bank. If i cancelled my payments they would stop the line because of failure to pay short after i was told by the service lady. 5 Months have gone and they still try to bill me for it. Its a terrible service, and honestly doesnt even deserve one star.

I never received a SIM card, and there is no phone number to call if you do not have a Freemobile SIM card. The international customer service number I have been on hold to for an hour and never spoken to someone.I have tried to change my address but never received the letter to confirm my new address. A scam company who have taken my money with no way to contact them by email or online message. Their website is HORRIBLE to use. How does a technology company in this day and age expect you to contact them by post?----------------Je n'ai jamais reçu de carte SIM, et il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone à appeler si vous n'avez pas de carte SIM Freemobile.J'ai essayé de changer mon adresse mais je n'ai jamais reçu de lettre pour confirmer ma nouvelle adresse.Une entreprise frauduleuse qui a pris mon argent sans aucun moyen de les contacter par e-mail ou message en ligne. Terrible customer service and ethics. They are cheap, and there is a reason for this - because they are truly awful. You will make a saving in the short term but you will pay the price further down the line. Do not ever make the mistake of taking out a phone on rental from them, it ends up costing you much more than the value of the phone, plus you have to return the phone in its original state at the end of the contrat - not sure how you are supposed to return a 2 year old phone in its original state. They charged me a total of 200€ when I returned my Iphone. Do not trust this company.
