AVOID They are still at it - Certainly smells like deliberate fraud

They are still at it! Left France 4 months ago after advising Free while in France that the 2 services we had were no longer required. They are still attempting to charge for them - we finally had to cancel the card as despite the bank refunding each invalid payment and blocking Free from payment by us, Free resubmitted with a different ID on their part to get around the bank's intervention! Several letters sent - in French - including by registered mail and having received, at least the first time, the acknowledgement of receipt of cancellation from them. The fact that they have a rapidly implementable method to get around a bank's security procedures tells you all you need to know about them.

My first number in France. I kept receiving weird calls from foreign countries that seemed like drug-related. They did nothing about it. I have paid huge bills and almost never the amount they show in the offer. Overcharged for everything. Customer service refused to talk to me and hang up on me, constantly. Looking for a new provider. I would love to sort this out, very low expectation for this to happen.

My first number in France. I kept receiving weird calls from foreign countries that seemed like drug-related. They did nothing about it. I have paid huge bills and almost never the amount they show in the offer. Overcharged for everything. Customer service refused to talk to me and hang up on me, constantly. Very bad connection and no service

I took the 80GB plan, but they don't mention that you get NO SPEED AT ALL. I am talking about a few Kb/s!! Any normal website takes more than 10 seconds to load!! No matter how many bars you have on your phone, no matter which location (nature or city)! This is fixed! Even phonecalls quality sucks and interrupt sometimes and you have to call back the callee.This is worst service EVER!!!They also hide behind service. On internet, I got disconnected on direct chat. On the phone I can ONLY REACH A COMPUTER VOICE!!!! (And it didn't help.)AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

Most corrupt business model ever

This company must be the only one in a developed country to have such a corrupt business model. They demand a French written letter sent to Paris to cancel a subscription. Even when corona stopped all mail in my country, I could still not cancel it any other way. Clearly just trying to get people’s money and not trying to make them happy about their product.Have spoken with them on the phone several times, but they are not allowed to speak English... So if you can’t speak French then don’t even bother contacting customer “service” (no service about it, though). At last the mail arrived, but they still waited one month until cancelling. By doing that, they could charge me 20 euro once again - Even though, I hadn’t used the subscription for two months!I refused to pay, as they clearly just tried to get more money! After many mails back and forth, they ended the discussion. Their final move was to take me to court in France. Imagine trying to sue someone that you illegally have obtained payment from... wouldn’t have happened in my country!

Impossible to cancel subscriptions out of France

Impossible to cancel my subscription without engagement because out of France! I cannot call their phone number to have the address to send my resignation letter because the phone number works only in France.
