Cheap and worthless - the worst

The worst, unbelievably terrible. Signed up for mobile and fibre 4 months ago. Mobile service (in a major city) is often completely nil, I often do not receive and cannot make calls. Mobile data is nowhere close to 4g ever, and often entirely offline. Regarding fibre I have been waiting 3 months and still have no connection - technicians come every month or so but always without the ladder they need to install a cable to the second floor (first floor already has a connection).So profoundly useless. I would say pay 2 or 3 times more if you can, because with Free you are getting something very, very close to nothing.

Don't even bother

Don't even bother! Worst phone reception and mobile internet that never works properly. They will rip you off even if you send them several letters (paying for a receipt of reception each time), which is the only way to contact them about billing/account issues. Had my phone stolen and the thief made international calls while I was in the police station registering the theft and they didn't even bother replying to my letters where I sent a copy of the police report to prove it was not me and charged me the calls anyway. To cancel your contract is a ridiculous lengthy mission and they will continue to charge you until their useless customer service decides to process your request. Worst company policy ever. BIG SCAM! Stay away if you want to spare yourself some serious headaches.

HORRENDOUS

STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. Honestly, they don't even deserve ONE STAR. Worse Customer Service I have ever experienced (and I've dealt with many terrible CELL phone companies). They have ZERO face-to-face presence. They have charged me for a service I did not buy, yet I can't talk to a live person to sort this mess out. I can't visit their stupid stores in Paris (I live in Canada) and they DON'T answer the phones-EVER. MY SIM DOESN'T WORK! HOW I AM SUPPOSED TO SORT THIS OUT. My online account has ZERO information. Their website is more useless than tits on a bull. It's an automated loop. I don't think people work for this company - it's all run by robots.... Are you hearing me FREEMOBILE? You can not treat paying customers like plastic credit cards. Your system is seriously flawed. Anyone reading this - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I can't put zero star

If i had a chance i would have rate them 2 x zero, they are bad in every aspect, I can't imagine how they operate internally, 6 weeks of calling their very bad customer service and visiting their unprofessional shops, last call with them they apologize for terminating my inquiry to get internet to my house after 6 weeks of waiting!!!!they don't have a thing that going normal, i can't imagine a company running like this, i would advice anyone to run away of you see a shop of free and if you had a good health insurance try calling their customer service!!!The only free thing they have is their brain
